I have been using the quick mist & stayed off the dreaded smokes for 6 weeks & going strong. I can honestly say I find it has been the easiest way I have found to give up & haven't even been a cranky cow (something I would have been in the past). It is GREAT so if you are looking to give up I would definitely recommend it. I have even managed to resist even though my husband is still smoking ( but going to try to give up again) Good luck!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast Relief Whenever, Wherever I have been using this for the past couple of months and it is so convenient to carry in my pocket or handbag and spray whenever the cravings come on. I get the fastest relief by spraying under my tongue, where it is absorbed quickly into the bloodstream. I now find that I am needing it less each week, which I find better, as it gives me more control over how much nicotine I am taking, rather than wearing a patch all day. Best quitting method I have found thus far!

It has gone up on the over the years but in small increments which were understandable but in this last 12months it has become ridiculous. I would recommend it as a product to quit smoking but at these prices NO!!!

However on first and second use following the tinsy winsy instructions on the packaging I thought it was horrendous. Everything mentioned in the video was not mentioned on the packaging or leaflet and that's where most will look first not a Google search; it will likely be the reason why many can't get along with it because the instructions are useless. 1 pump is enough and make sure you lift the tounge get very very close to the inside of the middle of your cheek and squirt. Keep your mouth open with tongue still lifted for a few seconds making sure you're breathing through your nose and don't swallow until the coast is clear. Voila! Tip: Don't use unless your absolutely gasping and are about to make that sneaky trip to the shop for a packet of 20 of your favourites.
