Pepperine just assists to digest and absorb the Turmeric much better in the intestinal tract. Only taking one tablet per day is easy instead of taking 3 tablets per day. Tablets are easy to swallow and no after taste.

These tablets however are chalky and when you swallow them they stick in your throat and on a couple of occasions have made me dry reach. I won’t purchase this particular item again. I’ll look for capsules instead.

I would need to take 15- 25 tablets per day to receive the previous level of curcumin.
