Apple body shape won't allow for them to not slide down and then sit bunched up which can be uncomfortable. But i would guess on a more proportioned person they would fit fine

They fit well and fit snugly to avoid leakage but are stretchy enough to pull up and down easily. They are very easy to tear down the side to remove when changing too. My only slight criticism is the absorbency level/volume held could be higher, but they are still very absorbent and satisfactory if you have slight to medium urine loss. The price range (unit price) sadly is higher than some brands that do have higher absorbency and that is the only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars from me. Overall I was impressed and will use them again.

These has a bit more resistance & I only had one ripped. I believe better fitting around inside leg to prevent leakages when it is a larger flow. Need to be stronger at the top to prevent rips.

While fit is tight and secure fit, the absorbency provided was great, the overall quality of this product fell flat in my mothers eyes compared to some other products she has tried, as the design could be improved for a more natural feel, and felt at times it was a bit to bulky and uncomfortable in her daily/nightly activities. Overall she is happy with the product, but not the best she's used.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn’t suit grandmother [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accepted a trial of Depend Ladies underwear XL for my grandmother, although she is the specified size on the packet she has a stomach and found these too tight and uncomfortable to wear since she likes her underwear to sit higher on her waist. From inspection though these pants look like they would stretch to fit most, and would be easy to remove my tearing the side to save elderly bending over. They also seemed to have good coverage. It was a shame these didn’t work for her, but I’m sure they would be great for others.

I deliberately bought the size larger needed according to the weight ratings on the packet. The sizing should be allocated according to body measurements not to weight as we are all different shapes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whilst the underwear itself was comfortable to wear, as with everything of this kind, it was necessary to completely remove my lower garments whenever I didn't make it to a toilet in a timely fashion. It's the major reason I prefer wearing incontinence pads, as they can be changed without having to remove one's lower garments. If children's nappies can be made to be taken off and put on without needing to undress them, and they on average are far more active than an older person, why then cannot adult incontinence underware be made in a similar way, enabling a person to change their underwear when the need arises, not just when they shower etc

Firstly, I believe this underwear would more appropriately suit an elderly person. Secondly, my fingers/nails tore through the product on 2 seperate occasions. Finally, the product felt like wearing an adult nappy. For the shelf price, this product is much too overpriced.

I also still needed to wear a full sized pad with the pants for my continual leakage.
