I continued to take it through the trial although I was able to drop the dose to just 2 capsules of gastrostop a day and had actual stool formation throughout the trial which I rarely normally have. Definite improvement. I haven’t finished the trial pack and I’m interested for when they finish to return to my ‘normal’ and decide to continue using if it’s within my budget. I know I’ve improved so I’d like to continue but 4 weeks now and another two more weeks free trial to go-we forget exactly how badly we did suffer. Apologies I know this is wordy, it’s. it the greatest subject! Cheers

As symptoms vary for everybody suffering with IBS, I would still recommend trying this product for a decrease in symptoms. It helped with bloating and gas within the week for me and gradually the cramping decreased as well. For the sake of 1 capsule daily any sort of relief and decrease in symptoms is worth it. The capsules are heat stable and therefore do not need refrigerating and can be taken with you anywhere you go to ensure you're daily dose. I truly recommend Meta align
