FIRST AID INFORMATION

If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Avoid giving milk or oils. For advice, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. Urgent hospital treatment is likely to be needed.

Directions

For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning.
Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.

For temporary relief of aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin
as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).

The menthol in the ointment provides temporary relief when congested during cold and flu season. The menthol helps clear the nasal passage, making it easier to breathe. The Tiger Balm is a must needed product for winter. After using this while I had a cold, I will be recommending this product to family and friends to purchase and have on hand during winter. It really worked wonders and allowed for me to catch up on sleep she. It temporarily provided the much needed relief and allowed me to be breathe without the congested feeling. It can also be used for temporarily relief of aches and pains. It has great scent and it warms up the affected area. The packaging is unique and is colour coded for each product. They use bright colours with the packaging making it easy to stand out. I really like the effectiveness of the packaging and that it has been coloured coded making it easy to identify different products within the same range.

I’ve been using this for years on my kids and for myself and it’s my remedy for stuffy noses and aches and pains. Rubbing it onto the soles of the feet, chest and popping it into the vaporiser is my go to. One jar lasts me a year. Such great value.

A cute little glass pot, and it smells divine, wonderfully soothing for headaches but also mild muscle pain. I rub this on my shoulders and neck after getting a new mattress, I wake up with aches and pain but this little bottle helps to ease that. Love using this, really works miracles and you don't need a lot. Much better than chemical laden synthetic pain relief creams

I’ve been using it for nasal congestion / a blocked nose and it works a treat. It is also safe to use on my kids so I have been using it on my unwell daughter and it’s really helped her breathe better at night. For blocked noses you place it on your chest and for aches and pains you put it on the affected area (it gives off a cooling sensation once applied). It has a very strong menthol scent which clears my blocked nose instantly, even if it’s not completely clear I still get some sort of relief from it that I wouldn’t get if I wasn’t using this balm. It lasts a long time also. The instructions mention to apply a thick layer of the balm, however I found that it isn’t necessary as a thin layer does just as good and it will last longer. Definitely recommend this tiger balm for when you are unwell and have a blocked nose.

I don't like the packaging, though. It's a bit hard to manage sometimes. I like the scent. It's very soothing and healing. I highly recommend the white balm because it does not leave any stains or residue on clothes.

I love the cooling effect that the menthol provides, and the way it seems to melt into my skin without leaving a greasy feeling. This Tiger balm white ointment is a great multi purpose ointment. I chose to review this for its help in clearing nasal congestion as we usually use a chest rub when we are unwell. This menthol and camphor containing balm is strong and leaves a tingly sensation on your throat or chest. The purpose of this review is to comment on the balm’s ability to soothe muscular aches and pains. So I have also applied some to my shoulders and lower back since they were quite sore and achey. Like my throat and chest, my shoulders and back felt an immediate warming sensation and this helped to alleviate any symptoms of soreness. The balm itself is quite sticky so it stays on the skin for a long time.
