It exceeded my expectations and so bought one for my parents and each of my adult children. All love it. Heated at night and used on the lounge etc, taken to bed to warm the feet up and by morning it's still warm! Easy to heat and ready in 15 mins and stays warm for up to 10hrs in the right conditions. Great for sore backs or aching muscles or just comfort.
