I've always used wheat hot packs but was forever having to struggle to get up to reheat them constantly or get my partner to help me. The heatpod however, stays warm for hours and hours. Charges really fast too, maybe 10-15mins at the most. I love it.

It is not a 'consistently hot' temperature and then suddenly turns off when it runs out of energy; it stays hot for a good couple of hours and then the temperature gradually goes down over the next few hours. I noted that it takes about 10-15 minutes to charge completely, and, if it is hot and you want to charge it again to keep it hot, it won't let you until the temperature goes down to a certain level (usually about 4 hours after finishing charging).

About 8 minutes to charge and stays hot for 3-4 hours. I was a bit concerned that the plug device on the heatpad would be uncomfortable but its no problem. 5 stars from me.
