So I started taking this Nutrilife Lysine and within a few days the cold sore soon started to go away. Normally it would end up huge within a few days! The only issue i had is that the tablets are huge and so can be a little difficult to take.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horse tablets I usually take ethical nutrients cold sore complex and I never get cold sores. I went to get some more from Chemist Warehouse and they recommended these. They are huge and you actually need to take 4 a day! I was only taking one because it says that on packet and guess what? I got a cold sore. I’m going back to ethical nutrients.
