I didn’t feel like I needed to keep going over my face with multiple cotton pads as it cleaned it quite well the first round. I didn’t feel like there was any residue from the water and it was quite pleasant. The only issue I found was that it isn’t the best for removing eye makeup such as mascara. I love that it is fragrance free, so it doesn't react with my skin.
