Does not oxidized which I find happens a lot with drug store foundations. Provides your skin with a nice smooth look and helps cover the pesky pores!!! I would definitely recommend.

I love the great matte texture and I felt it controlled oil really well. It gives a nice light coverage which I like, not heavy and cakey and it wont clog pores which is a huge bonus. You only need to use a little for a great result which makes it really economical. I tend to have an oily t zone so this foundation was great for that, although I did resort to blotters at the end of the day. The packaging is nice, though I do like a pump for less mess. I love that this product comes in 40 great shades so its easy to find a match I would recommend using a great primer first for an even better result but overall a great foundation that i would absolutely recommend

It is great for light to medium coverage. I personally like it mixed with my another favourite foundation to build up on coverage. I wear this everyday to work and get so many compliments about how good my skin looks with this foundation. Dedinately worth a try!

I have oily skin and found this stayed matte throughout the day. Colour was soft tan and at first I thought was a bit orange but I have olive skin and looked fine. For the price I would recommend this foundation and couldn’t fault it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jordana T. from I got the chance to test and review this foundation quite a while back, thanks Beautycrew, and now Maybelline has come out with more colours in the range and a revamped formula, I was lucky enough to get another bottle of this to try again.\n\nWhen I tried this previously, I liked it, didn’t really love it mainly because the bottle it comes in does not have a pump applicator which is a big fail for me as i think it’s so messy and unhygienic to dip your fingers into any makeup or skin care product, so I was disappointed that this feature has not been updated. Now for the foundation itself, was it any different in terms of colour perfection, coverage and how long it lasts in terms of wear?\n\nAfter double cleansing and applying serum moisturiser and primer, I dabbed on small dots on to my forehead cheeks chin and nose and blended outwards, first with the warmth of my fingers then buffed it to flawless perfection with my it cosmetics angled radiance brush. The colour I received was the same as last time, classic ivory, which was a pretty good match for my pale skin tone. It lasted all day long until my evening routine with no need for touching up and no caking, smudging or oil coming through. But just like the last time I tested this foundation, I liked it but didn’t love it. The colour and formula was exactly the same, nothing really different as far as I could tell and I do wish they had given it a pump applicator. And of course it claims to cover the appearance of pores dramatically but no skin care or makeup product can possibly do that.\n\nI really love getting products from Beautycrew to test and review , it’s my real passion in life, whether I like the product or not, I just love to tell people about it regardless. Still on the hunt for my HG foundation but I’m having so much fun in the meantime on this beautiful search.\n

Initially it gives a lighter coverage but can easily be layered to give a medium coverage which has worked perfectly in the hot and humid heat when I was overseas last month! When I have bumps on my skin, the foundation smooths over them and gives a really lovely photoshopped effect but without the cake-iness! After applying, it still looks dewy but with a little powder can be mattified. The only downside is that it oxidises slightly on me but there are so many shade choices that I got a lighter shade so now the match is perfect. \n

I found that my makeup lasted most if the day with only small signs of it fading during the day.\n\nI would recommend this to anyone who loves a matte finish foundation, perfect for oily skin.\n

It has medium coverage but is definitely buildable to full coverage if you want. I use a damp beauty blender (I found this applied better than a brush) and it blends really easily, leaving my skin looking smooth and radiant! It feels very lightweight and hasn’t caused any breakouts or clogging of my pores, and it’s also very easy to take off with a face wipe or face halo - not like other matte foundations which can sometimes be trickier to take off. \nI do have very oily skin so it doesn’t last all day without getting shine but definitely long enough to get through a work day. \nHighly recommend to try this product but definitely pick your right shade! It also works great with the fit me concealer \n

I liked that it was light weight so I forgot I was wearing it and was easy to smooth on to give an overall coverage. It stayed on after I had been swimming and lasted the day. It is a great foundation but the major draw back is that it lacks a pump at the top to dispense the foundation. It was messy trying to get it out and then I had too much in my hand. Overall though I’d use it again and recommend it to others.

Not only does it look great when first applied, but is still perfect at the end of the day. The only issue I had was the colour of the product. I used the online tool to find my shade and was disappointed when the product arrived to find it was too dark. Other than that though, the product itself is near perfect!

The coverage is amazing, and it really does have some stay power. Have some dilated pores due to ance and with this they are covered will without having to use concealers, and don’t clog them up.

It is a medium coverage foundation which you can build on but I found it was enough for me as I've only worn tinted moisturiser during the day until now. It goes on even and is mattefying so I don't look like an oil slick nor did it look cakey or go blotchy like the more expensive brands I have tried. I wore it all day long and it stayed put. I’d reccomend this product for sure.\n

It was easy to apply- Over the Trial time I tried applying with my fingers, a sponge and a brush- and all three techniques worked equally well. The Colour selected for me using the Maybelline Online Colour Match Tool matched my skin tone perfectly. It blended in easily and made my skin look and feel SO soft! \nI would say initially it has a medium to light coverage however could easily be built upon for a more heavy coverage without getting cakey, making it great for every day as well as nights out and special events. I was happy how it kept the same even coverage all day no matter what I was doing. And did not dry-out my skin at all.\nI definitely recommend Maybelline Fit Me! Matte + Poreless Foundation to everyone! \n

I normally apply it with my beauty blender but you can try to use your fingers as well. Smell is nice, not overpowering which is good for women who are sensitive to smells. My skin is quite oily and this foundation lasted a bit longer than my usual liquid foundations. Coverage is medium I would say so very good for every day use as the price is quite affordable which is a good value for your money. Design of the package is nothing special and I am not a big fan of glass bottles as they are quite heavy and if you drop it it smashes in small pieces all over the room. This happened to me in the past so since then I am trying to avoid foundations in glass bottles :)

Even though it’s a matte finish foundarion it was surprisingly very easy to blend with the brush. I tried using my fingers to apply my foundation as well and it did an ok job. \nSo I would say using a foundation brush or blender is the best way to apply this beauty.\n\nIt’s a medium coverage foundation and it did a great job in hiding the pores and spots but I noticed it’s not a long lasting foundation as after few hours I noticed my marks and spots started to show.\n\nThe packaging is good but I prefer a pump bottle as it makes it easy to dispense the product out but that’s not a breaking point for me . I like the look of it and the print on the lid give it a very expensive foundation look. Price is great too.\nI have an acne prone skin and it didn’t break my skin out.\n\nOverall it’s a great foundation just not to use for whole day.\n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by Zhour M. from I was happy to trial this product as I do like to try different foundations and see how well it performs on my combination skin. \n\nI will say I was quite impressed, even though an initial first impressions wasn't favourable due to the lack of a pump. But nonetheless, the consistancy of the foundation is not so runny that a lot of product will be lost when being poured, which is a good thing. \n\nThe shade matched me well and the foundation was medium coverage which is good, as I don't prefer full coverage. I always use a primer when applying my foundation, and this time was no different. I did my usual routine of first applying with a brush and then going over my skin with a beauty blender. This helped me achieve a really nice base for the rest of my makeup and my pores were not very pronounced. It gave me a nice satin finish and wasn't extremey matte, nor drying.\n\nThe foundation wore nicely throughout the day. I applied powder on top of the foundation as I usually do and even though I used this product during winter, the daytime is usually nice and sunny, and I didn't have any excess oil. Just a nice glow.\n\nI would recommend this foundation to people with combination skin and those who are looking for a good foundation for everyday use. \n

As someone with very pale skin I'm delighted that more and more brands are starting to offer a full spectrum of shades to suit all skin tones. I was initially dubious of Maybelline's online shade matching system but I was really pleased with my suggested match 105 Fair Ivory. This has been the best colour match I have found since my go-to BB Cream shade was discontinued earlier this year. I found this product did exactly what it promised. My fears of finding foundation too heavy and cakey after using BB Cream for 4+ years were unfounded. The finish on my skin was very light and understated - just how I like it - smoothing out the appearance of pores, diminishing the redness of blemishes and generally giving my skin a more flawless appearance. At the same time however, coverage remained natural, my freckles were still visible and my complexion kept a natural appearance. It was as easy to apply as a BB Cream, I used my fingers, leaving my skin feeling smooth and soft. This feeling remained throughout the day and held up well to a full 8 hour wear, no touch ups needed and no oily shine! Even areas where I normally struggle with some dryness (like my cheeks and the side of my nose) weren't a problem. I found I could build coverage where needed, even going without my usual concealer and primer some days (though the application was even better when I did use primer first). My only regret is the bottle - with no pump I fear a lot of product will be wasted as I get closer to finishing it, and I did find application messy. As a result I did end up using more product sometimes than I would have liked. I was so pleased with the shade I was sent, but I may investigate the other shades as this one maybe me left a me a touch TOO pale (never thought I'd say that ever!). Overall great product.

It didn't oxidised throughout the day, staying true to its original colour, although I did become shiny in my T zone at the end of the day (I I do have oily skin and have experienced the same sensation with other foundations). \nThe foundation provides a medium to full (buildable) coverage. \nOne tip, primer makes the foundation sit alot nicer on the skin. Although it is a 'poreless foundation', when applying it onto bare skin, I noticed my pores were still quite noticeable. \n

The bottle is sturdy and looks great. I found the foundation was easy to apply, didn't irritate my sensitive skin, and gave good coverage. The effect was smooth and lovely. My only issue is that I did have to reapply (although with a good primer I imagine it would stay longer) and that it did stick slightly to my dry skin. For a basic foundation with a lovely soft matte finish, it's a great option, and you're sure to find the perfect match for your skin.

It was very smooth to apply, non greasy and provided light all day coverage. It did not cake, did not crease, was not runny or drying but of the perfect consistency which suited me.\nI like the glass bottle packaging as that gives it a more high end look to the cheaper plastic dispensers some other foundations are packaged in.\nThe price point is spot on for everyday use. The natural light coverage that Fit Me provides makes it suitable for everyday long wear use .\n I would definitely purchase and use this foundation again.\n\n

I applied this with both a brush and beauty blender and found that both methods work well, although the beauty blender gives a more natural finish. The foundation wears well throughout the day and keeps me relatively shine free.\nThe product has a very faint alcohol scent, is quite liquid-y, and comes in a glass bottle with a screw top cap. I would have preferred a squeeze tube or pump dispenser so it is easier to disperse and travel with- hopefully Maybelline will fix this in the future. The shade range is extensive (there are 40!) and shade 125 is a great match for my light/medium skin. Highly recommend and look forward to using it during the warmer months, when my skin is at its oiliest.\n

After applying my skin felt and looked smooth and had a great matte finish. I noticed my pores seemed less noticeable too. It gave me a good, even coverage that was easy to build up without it looking caked on. It has a more natural look. The colour shade was perfect for me. The only thing i don't like about this foundation is the smell. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a matte foundation that is easy to apply.

Yet, it provides great long lasting coverage and gives a natural flawless look. The foundation has a satin soft finish and is very easy to apply. I used colour 332 and it matched perfectly to my skin, even giving it a bit of a natural sunkissed look - which I loved.\nIt is also very affordable. I will certainly be purchasing it and recommending it to friends.\n

It lasted all day on my skin with some wear only noticeable on my oily nose in which I frequently needed to wipe my nose due to allergies but the wear was only noticeable upon close inspection. Thlugh described as matte finish, it doesn't dry completely matte which is how I prefer it! Not quite dewy either but somewhere in between so the finish looks natural and I found no powder so needed to set it. There is no smell to the foundation which applies evenly. The large opening of the bottle is my one gripe with the product as lots of product can come out without your meaning to.

I did buy it in the past and I loved how it performer but unfortunately I couldn't find the right match for my skin tone. I did buy one ligher and one darker shade but they were too pink for my anyhow. However, when I found out there were new shades being released in Australia, I got pretty excited. I matched myself to 128 Warm Nude and it is a perfect shade for me for spring and summer. It is on the yellow side of the spectrum and yellow looks always better on my skin than pink. I must say it is very impressive to be able to choose from 40 shades, especially taking into account that this is "only" a drugstore foundation. Good job Maybelline. \nFit me Matte and Poreless is a gorgeous foundation. It applies easily, I have no problem when I use fingers, but it looks immaculate on the face when it is applied with a beautyblender. It sinks into the skin and makes it look smooth and soft. The foundation is extremely lightweight and can't be possibly felt on the skin. The only con when it comes to application is the fact that it might sit in the eyebrows if we are not careful enough, but this is not a huge drawback for me. The finish is satin and soft, I would call it a modern matte, because it is not the flat matte finish some might think it is. It makes the skin look smooth, kind of poreless ( even better if you use a primer) and satin. I am a fan of the finish. Also, the coverage is enough for me. It is medium but can be buildable. I doen't look cakey. It does however Begin to shine after a few hours, but my combination skin is like that with each and every foundation I use. Fit Me Matte and Porless is rather long lasting, I put it to the test when I went for a run and in my opinion the foundation is pretty good. \nAll in all, the pros:\n- amazing 40 shades available,\n- nice satin finish\n- buildable coverage\n- lightweight on the skin\n- does not dry out the skin\n- makes the skin look soft, natural and healthy\neasily available\n\nCons:\n- the packaging, a glass bottle without a pump, not travel friendly, can be messy\n- might sit in the eyebrows, might accentuate dry flaky skin .\n\nI would recommed the foundation to those with combination skin, but I believe those with normal and even dry would like it too. \n

Firstly, the coverage is great and also buildable without looking cakey on the skin. The colours do not seem to oxidise throughout the day, and they wear very well without going too patchy. The product is mattifying so powder is not needed, but using powder builds the coverage even more and makes the finish look flawless. \nThe only criticism I would have for this product is the packaging, which lacks a pump and becomes very messy when trying to get the foundation out of the bottle. \n
