General Information

NATURAL BALANCE CONDITIONER

Our gentle and nourishing Conditioner is formulated to achieve naturally balanced, healthy hair. Botanical extracts of Burdock, Nettle and Horsetail promote natural lustre and revitalised hair. A blend of Baobab and Sesame Oils add shine to the hair while leaving it hydrated, healthy and silky soft. Feel energised with a burst of Sukin's Signature Scent of Mandarin, Tangerine, Lavender and Vanillin.

The smell first off is a lovely citrus scent, which is always great. As a natural conditioner, free from nasties, it does perform slightly differently than your standard conditioners and I did find I had to use slightly more product than usual. When combined with the Sukin Shampoo it left my hair feeling super silky soft. Overall, the Sukin conditioner did leave my hair feeling soft and silky and I will continue to use when I do not need anything too heavy.

My hair definitely enjoyed some time off all the nasties used in other products- especially since I’m a “non-natural” blonde who has mistreated my hair a fair bit already. It also had a really nice smell (without any “earthy” scent that sometimes comes with “natural” products) which was a pleasant surprise. The conditioner seemed to work really quickly to soak in and my hair definitely felt moisturised and refreshed after using. Would definitely recommend as a good natural product.

I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and have fine and thin hair that has recently been coloured. I did not notice this range affecting my coloured hair at all. I like that it has natural ingredients and that sukin is transparent about what goes into their products. It has a nice scent and is easy to use. It lathers nicely so I only need to use a small amount. I have only been washing my hair 1-2 times a week since starting this product and my hair feels great. For the price I am really happy with the results of this product.

I wash my hair daily and it has really made a change to the over look and feel of my hair. My hair has such a lovely shine to it without feeling greasy or oily like how other conditioners usually leave my hair feeling. I would definitely recommend this conditioner to others, especially those who wash their hair daily. There's also not a super strong fragrance which is really pleasant because I find over fragranced hair products unpleasant.

The scent of this conditioner is really nice, which is an important factor for me when choosing my hair products I like the fact its a more natural alternative then other products which is not something I've really put too much thought into previously. The product is a good size with attractive packaging. I only tend to wash my hair twice a week and have found the sukin range to be adequate for this, I'm not getting to greasy between washes and my hair feels clean after use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great basic conditioner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially my hair was not a fan of this hair system, most likely due to its lack of the ingredients my hair has become accustomed to, however with a little perseverance it did wonders for my hair. I was also a little sceptical this conditioner would do much due to its consistency but I was surprised. My hair felt soft and looked shiny even on day 2 which rarely happens for my hair, especially the ends which are on the ‘dead’ side but even those held moisture for a longer period of time. All in all it’s a good all round product that does the job well without weighing the hair down.

The shampoo had the signature Sukin scent which I loved and was very glad was incorporated into this product. I only used a small amount which was enough to wash all my hair. It foamed nicely and left my hair feeling refreshed and cleansed. I paired it with the Natural Balance Conditioner and it complemented very nicely. Afterward, my hair felt renewed, moisturised and soft. I would highly recommend Sukin shampoo, it is good quality, affordable, and environmentally friendly!

It does not weigh down my hair and gives it a nice shine. It isn't quiet hydrating enough for my long thick hair, however it still does a good job. It is nice knowing I am not using harsh ingredients on my hair. I find that my hair still gets frizzy using this line of products - i do wish it had some anti frizz ingredients in it. I recommend following up with some hair oil or hydrating mask so that you get that fresh from the salon, soft silky hair..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Sukin’s natural balance conditioner and I can definitely say that I am impressed! This product has a nice subtle scent to it which is pleasant. I used this with the Natural Balance Shampoo and found that these two products worked really well together. After use this product left my hair feeling soft and hydrated. It’s a great natural product free of all those nasties and is very affordable. I would recommend trying it if you are on the market for natural hair care products.

Was extremely moisturising and definitely did the job. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Oily or dry hair. The scent is amazing, so fresh and not overpowering at all. I will definitely repurchase this product. Only gave it 4 stars as i cant comment on the long term effects of the product but so far so good. I used this product paired with the others in the range and all together it was a perfect mixture. I leave my conditioner in for a fair while while i do everything else in the shower and my hair was left silky smooth

I'm not sure how hydrating it is, I feel that I won't be able to tell the true effect on my hair until I finish the bottle. I wasn't the biggest fan of the shampoo as I found it too light but I'm hopeful that the conditioner proves to be light but hydrating. The conditioner smells like the signature sukin scent which I like. I'm not sure if I would buy this product, but I have enjoyed using it and might consider it at the time of purchase if it was on sale, particularly as I am trying to move away from using nasty ingredients on my hair and skin.

The scent is subtle and fresh while remaining in the hair when dry which I enjoy. This is a very light conditioner and I did not feel that it left any residue behind in my hair. I noticed that my hair wasn’t quite as shiny as when I use a more traditional chemical conditioner but it did leave my hair feeling hydrated. This is a really good option for people looking so something natural. However if your hair is particularly dry or shine is your main priority, this might not be enough for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well with the shampoo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sukin Naturals Balance conditioner has a lovely natural scent and the formula is free from sulphates, silicones and the harsh chemicals. The natural formula makes it a little harder to apply/lather up on the hair, though this is common with natural haircare. It works really well with the shampoo counterpart in the range and once you work it into the hair (i then leave it on for a few mins before rinsing), it feels quite nice. I found it to leave my hair feeling soft, silky and easy to comb through.

I have an oily scalp and dry ends and this left my hair feeling nourished, radiant and silky smooth. My hair felt light and fresh and I didn’t find it to produce any excess oiliness or feel heavy after using, which a lot of conditioners do. I really enjoy Sukin skincare products and this will be a nice addition to my hair care routine. I would recommend this product.

It made my hair feel extremely nourished and took away any oiliness my hair usually has and gave my hair a super nice bounce to it (love the volume the shampoo and conditioner give once my hair is blowdried) especially because my hair looks REALLY flat most of the time. One thing I would have liked was to have the conditioner leave my hair feeling softer and smoother, although I do feel like its because the conditioner is chemical free. Overall, really liked the natural feel to it and definitely would use again!

It gently untangles and conditions the hair without weighing it down. Because it contains no nasties (like silicones, mineral oils, etc). It doesn’t coat the hair like other conditioners so takes a little bit of getting used to the feel and how much product needs to be used to do the job. Overall it worked well for my which tends to be very oily at the roots (I only apply conditioner to mid lengths and ends). If your hair is super thick or super dry/brittle it might not be nourishing enough for you but for my fine hair it worked great.

The conditioner leaves hair feeling softer and really helps with managing tangles and knots. It has a lovely scent, citrus with underlying vanilla note. The consistency is great and absorbs very well in the hair. It is naturally created without any silicones and artificial colours. My hair is coloured and I have found that this line has not stripped or altered the colour in any way. In addition, the packaging is great and is good value for money. Highly recommended!

I used this with the Sukin shampoo which I felt complimented it and this product helped improve the results where I did not quite have the same success with the shampoo. It was very light and had a great natural smelling scent. I did feel like my hair quickly absorbed the product which meant I had to use a lot more to get results so I would go through this rather quickly. After using this product for more than a week while it did slightly improve my hair manageability and I did enjoy it and see some difference I feel like there were many other conditioners I have used in the past that have given me better results. My hair was still quite knotted after and required a lot of brushing however if your hair is quite a normal type and doesn’t tangle very easily I feel like you would have a lot of success in using this and it would be a great everyday conditioner to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found the Sukin Naturals Balance Conditioner to be quite nice to use from a sensory experience (smell, texture) but once my hair is dried I feel like my hair is longing for a little more moisture. Having said that, when paired with the Shampoo and Leave-In Conditioner treatment, this product is really lovely to use. I have a sensitive scalp and have found zero issues with this line, which is rare for a drug-store brand. I would recommend this to anyone with a sensitive scalp, but be mindful to consider complementing products if your hair is on the drier side!

Similar to how I felt about the shampoo, I felt like I had to add a bit more product to get the silky feeling that I like when conditioning my hair, I felt like I was walking out of the shower with a bit of a birds nest that hadn't been de-tangled (thank god for the leave in conditioner!) In saying this, I do have very fine hair and the occasional dry scalp so perhaps I need a slightly heavier conditioner..

This whole line has that scent (Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave in Conditioner & Scalp Scrub) and it's one of the parts I enjoy most. The texture of the conditioner is nice, however I did not like the results I had from the product. I find that it is a bit too heavy for my hair and that I needed to wash more often - For reference, I have fine hair but a lot of it. I do think that it holds up well enough as a natural option that is available in grocery and drug stores and would recommend trying it to see if it works for you, if natural haircare is something you are after at an affordable price. Personally, I have other natural haircare products I prefer to buy from salons or slon supply stores.

BUT when I washed it out and after blow drying my hair, the results were very pleasant - my hair had a subtle radiance in it and there was a nice smell to my hair. This would be suitable for any hair types and complement any other shampoos, though it still pairs best with the Sukin Naturals Balance Shampoo. Give it a try, and you'll notice your hair is not tangled in the mornings anymore!

However, this made my dry hair even more dry. I was really disappointed with this as the shampoo worked really well with my hair. I tried to use it in different ways: either wringing out most the water in my hair, leaving some water in, using it sparingly: but it just did not work well for me. I have dry, thick hair. Perhaps on thin hair or normal hair it may work abit better. I would not recommend it for dry and thick hair.

It's a very light conditioner and texture wise it's similar to a creamy facial cleanser. I have thick normal hair and did not find that it was hydrating enough for my hair type. After using it for a week straight, my hair still felt tangled and knotted and I had a hard time detangling it after the shower. Compared to other conditioners, I also had to use more conditioner (3-4 tablespoons) which made me feel like I would go through the product rather quickly.

For me, the conditioner was too heavy for my thin hair. Whilst it did fell great and soft after I washed my hair, i would find that it stuck a bit to my hair and particularly my crown area making my hair feel/look a tad greasy. This would probably be a great conditioner for those with normal to thick hair as it really did make my hair fee super soft but just too heavy for my thin hair. Other than this, it smells great and price wise is very reasonable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not suitable for wavy hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really not suitable for my hair type. I've wavy, thick hair and this provided me with absolutely zero moisture. My hair felt and looked like straw. Seeing other, more positive reviews of this product I'm assuming this is just not suitable to my specific type of hair. It could work for someone with not only oily but also very thin and flat hair. The scent is pleasant like the rest of the series. I'd like to see a pump dispenser both on this conditioner as well as on the shampoo. I will be passing this product on to someone with more oily hair as it's like putting water on my hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for this product but unfortunately it fell very short of my expectations. It honestly felt like I was just adding water to my hair. I used the entire bottle in 5 uses. I do have quite long, thin hair but even given that, when I tried to run my fingers through my hair with the product in my hair, it felt like I was pulling my hair out. Maybe because it is a natural product it doesn't stick to the hair strand as well as a normal conditioner but I definitely won't be repurchasing or reccomending this product to a friend or family member
