PRECAUTIONS: Contains sulfites. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication induced constipation. The pack was a good size and, with only needing to take two tablets a day, it means that the pack will last for 50 days, which is handy because I don’t want to have to keep buying packs. They assisted in making sure I had enough fibre and that I was regular. A great product that I would definitely buy.

However, the capsules are just so impractical - rather than just a spoonful of powder each day, the MINIMUM number of tablets it recommends is 6 a day! And up to 18!!! that is crazy - it is an expensive, impractical way of getting a great product. I would still buy Metamucil, but not in capsule form
