Directions

Apply as the last step of your skincare routine. Suitable for use under make-up.

Apply the sunscreen product 20 minutes before exposure.

Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towelling and perspiring in accordance with directions.

This was the first sunscreen I found that I didn't resent applying, and changed my attitude towards sunscreen. It sinks in quickly, dries to a nice non-greasy finish and looks great under makeup. Works especially well with the LRP Uvidea BB cream. I have noticed that sometimes it will pill towards the end of the day, so I give it four stars instead of five.

It smooths my imperfections and doesn’t get the slightest bit oily or shiny unlike every foundation I have ever used!

My only complaint would be that it does leave a white cast though so it's not good for darker skin tones or even olive/ golden undertones. I have light to medium olive skin tone and it left a white cast on my face- I ended up giving it to my husband to use as he has fairer skin

Sometimes just applying a second layer of sunscreen can cause it to pill. And no chance of using skincare underneath. I can only use this on my ‘off’ days where all I wear is this sunscreen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s okay I’ll start with the positives, the sunscreen is very matte. As someone with oily skin finding a matte sunscreen can feel impossible. My skin stayed matte the whole day I had it on! As for the negatives, and there are a few, this sunscreen does leave a white caste on the skin. Which is not great when you want to wear it on the face. It also dries very quickly, meaning once you rub it into the face you have to work fast to get it into the skin before it dries down otherwise it leaves white streak marks. I also found this sunscreen pills off the skin easily. Overall it’s an okay sunscreen, but unfortunately will not be repurchasing.

For that reason i barely reach for it, but it is a good spf and its easy to wash off, I'm glad it works for paler skin tones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for my type of skin but it peels It is a good sunscreen for my normal to oily skin, it does not let me shine. However I cannot use any kind of anti-aging under it (e.g. Hyaly B5) or any kind of make-up on the top because it peels. The only think that I can use under it is a moisturizer (and sometimes the peel problem happen even only with the moisturizer under it). This is not good because I cannot follow the anti-aging steps that my dermatologist recommended. There are some way to avoid the peeling? What are the recommendations?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finally, a truly matte sunscreen! This sunscreen is fantastic! Love that it’s fragrance free and it truly does offer a matte finish. I can’t speak to how this would work for someone with very oily skin (mines combo) but for me it’s great! The first point I took off is that it doesn’t mix well with other products or sunscreens, and pills after reapplication over itself or if you apply a heavy moisturiser first. The second point is LRP’s choosing to test on animals and keeping the patent on ecamsule and drometrizole trisiloxane keeping their prices higher due to a lack of proper competition. Freeing up the use of these organic compounds would end up providing better sun protection to everyone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Has the formula changed? This used to be my go to tinted sunscreen. I absolutely loved how it was shine free and seemed to stay put on hot sweaty bike rides. I loved the gel consistency, low scent & medium coverage. But the last couple of uses, I’ve noticed how much it pills if your skin isn’t 100% clean & dry. Too dry though and it shows up fine lines & it’s not spreading as well. I’ve recently switched to a $7 tube of Nivea 50+ BB cream & it feels so much nicer on my skin.

This sunscreen has some mattifying ingredients that would lift your foundation and make it looks very patchy. I really like it by itself. Also the tinted version is quite thick and hard to apply. It looks very patchy. Just be aware.

This product keeps your skin matt all day long, but your face will look white after applying it, like when you apply zinc. It’s not dramatic white but you have to cover up the whiteness with foundation. I can’t use it after my moisturiser coz it won’t blend on top of moisturiser. And you shouldn’t touch your face at all after applying this sunscreen coz it pills out.

No tone options for light, medium and dark differences. Would love in a MUCH lighter colour, not sure how to use this....
