Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took for over 20years - no have toxic levels of B6 in my Blood ! I took bkackmores executive B for over 20 years little did I know I was poisoning myself with the B6 ingredient . I always trusted Blackmores it was my go to for all vitamin needs - I would take their magnesium too . now even after 2 years of stopping any vitamins that contain B6 and watching what I eat I still have icicles levels of B6 in my blood which causes bad nerve damage - beware ! Do not blindly trust a multivitamin !! these type of tablets should have large warning labels !!!
