Rated 4 out of 5 by from For natural look [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon photo ready candid natural finish Anti- pollution foundation and Antioxidants Concealar . I got shade 240 natural beige and concealar 001 banana . This is medium coverage but buildable foundation. It has a creamy smooth texture ,so it's easy to blend . Its stay well all day . Foundation and Concealar both having pretty much same ingredients. It is made with no oil and no fragrances. And its contain with sunscreen as well . Which is good for skin . The foundation has easy to use pump and Concealar has a applicator . I applied foundation with the brush and it's applied very smoothly and even . For my face I use just 1 pump . It was quite buildable. Concealar I use that applicator and blend with beauty blender and this gives me beautiful natural finish look . It's not making my skin dry or looking cakey , I set this with powder . Over all I would say both are great products .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great budget foundation! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have come across Revlon PhotoReady Candid Foundation via the Beautyheaven Trial Team and chose shade 270 - Medium Beige. I only decided on the colour based on the internet sourced pallet and I must say the choice was not the best. As I am quite tanned at the moment it is definitely too light however I still tried it just to see how it performs. When the product arrived I was suprised by its size (22 ml instead of a regular 30 ml) however it totally didnn't bother me. I actually quite like it as its lighted and more compact for my gym beauty bag. This foundation applied nicely (i did it with just my fingers and did not use brush or a sponge) and covered my pores beautifully. It left nice, slightly dewy finish without a shine. As i have some skin discolorations it worked a treat! Covered them all beautifully. Although it looked perfect for about 3 hours I did start to shine a bit after that time and had to use a bit of powder to bring it all down. This was the only downfall however there are not many products on the market that work with very oily skin and stay perfect all day. I am hoping to get a better colour match soon and try the product again as I think I may become a fan! Great product at great price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good foundation at a good price point [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the lovely people at beauty heaven for allowing me the opportunity to trial this product. I have always liked Revlon foundations, in fact the Colour Stay line is one of my faves, so I had high hopes going into this. I was definitely not disappointed. Let’s start with the packaging. The Photoready candid foundation comes in a tube with a pump attached. It is really easy to use and I imagine it would be easy to get the final dregs of product out when you are done it. I requested the shade 120 Buff which was a bit light for my summer skin so I grabbed a tube of 220 Sand Beige which was perfect. I liked the product so much I didn’t hesitate to buy a second tube. The coverage is medium but buildable and looked natural without being cakey. I set mine with powder and the coverage lasted a good 12 hours with only slight shine in the T zone. It is also really easy to blend with both a sponge or brush. I really enjoyed this foundation and think it is an affordable drug store option. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase it in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great coverage with minimal effort [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks BH for allowing me to trial PhotoReady Candid Foundation in Natural Beige! The packaging is the perfect size to pop into a handbag or travel bag and is shaped like a squeeze tube but has a lump nozzle for added ease. I found one pump gave me enough product for a light all over coverage. A little does go a long way and the product applies easily over some primer. Perfect to go from daytime to night if you are wanting a full coverage. The foundation lasted almost the entire day and set well so there wasn't any cakey-ness or slipping. I love that it offers anti-pollution protection from your normal everyday nasties as well as anti-blue light. It says that it has no harsh ingredients and the ingredient list does sound impressive and has some antioxidants and oil free also. I would have liked it to offer some SPF protection which seems to be it's only downside. The shades available are also impressive so there should be a shade to suit almost anyone. Will definitely purchase in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, full coverage yet breathable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to trial this foundation and the first thing I noticed was the pretty pink packaging! The foundation is easy to dispense and apply. There is no noticeable scent. I unfortunately chose a shade just slightly lighter than my summer skin tone, but I imagine that I’d be able to use this foundation in winter which I have every intention to! I still trialled it, but applied my foundation powder and bronzer on top (as I would usually do, but maybe a bit more bronzer!) I found that a little product went a long way! The foundation is creamy and provides amazing full coverage. I could build it up and apply concealer on top. It has a smooth and hydrating finish and does not look caked on. My skin looked flawless! I also wore it on a warm, humid day where I spent time outdoors and it did not sweat off. It lasted all day and still looked good!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great every day foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate enough to trial the new revlon photoready candid foundation. I tend to wear a cc or bb cream with spf during the day and am used to a medium coverage. I found that the Revlon PhotoReady Candid Foundation was very similar in consistency to my usual CC cream (IT cosmetics CC cream). I found that a little of the product went a long way and I applied only a couple of pea sized amounts to the centre of my forehead and chin and blended outusing my fingers (as I find the warmth of my fingers helps to work the product) building coverage up in any areas that needed it. I don’t know if it’s a result of my skin type but I found this foundation struck a perfect balance between dewy and matte and didn’t lift off my face or crack during the day demonstrating some longevity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good medium coverage foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be a part of trial team for this foundation as I love a lot of Revlon products. First impression - the package is bit smaller - about 30% smaller than usual foundation packs but looking at the creamy consistency that spreads easily like a face cream, it will probably last a long time. I love that it's a soft tube that can easily stay in your carry along make-up kit and the pump dispenser makes it even more user friendly. The product doesn't have any particular fragrance which is another plus point in my book. Using it - I have been playing around with this for a few days now and having tried all three methods of application - sponge, brush and fingers - brush definitely works better than the other two. Although, with all three one problem remains consistence - doesn't stick well on dry patches like nose & upper lips - ends up looking rather flaky. (yes, I had applied a nourishing face cream before getting started with foundation) If you're in a rush and have to apply with fingers, it will do but might not get a good finish. For those who like lighter coverage, go with the sponge though. I honestly, go with a forth option - mix it with face oil or face cream and apply with brush - because I like very very light and dewy looking coverage. On it's own, this foundation provides a matte satin finish without any setting powder. Really, just give it a minute to dry up and no setting powder required. I wouldn't recommend going for a high coverage because not only this tiny tube will run out very quickly, it will also starts creasing in some places after few hours. Best worn as light or medium coverage, this foundation really can last whole day. It is also great at shine control and reflecting light - which I guess is what they mean by photo-ready. Although, I wouldn't be taking close up portraits with this (yup, I'm a photographer) as it weirdly highlights all the little bumps that you'd like to hide. But, having said that, it does work great with selfies on phone. Even though my selected tone - natural beige - turned out to be lighter and cooler than I expected, I wasn't disappointed at how it looked after application - this creamy fluid blends really well. Which makes me wonder why they have 16 shades. I personally find it bit too much and rather confusing. But if I had to buy it again, I'd probably go for Sun beige or macadamia or may be honey beige (you see what I mean. My skin tone is medium wheatish Indian) Overall, probably not my kind but still decent product for those like to wear light make-up everyday that would last long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Medium to full coverage, hydrating foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I loved about this product was the fact that it contains no nasties - I really appreciated this factor, and I think my combination skin did too! The coverage I would call medium to full, and it's definitely buildable, without looking cakey. I set mine with Too Faced Peach Perfect Setting Powder - happy days! I also first applied Benefit Porefessional Primer, which I use on my t-zone area as I tend to get oily - and once I removed my makeup after a long day at work, I found my skin felt hydrated. I didn't notice any dry or flakey patches, which is great for me. Definitely worth a shot, particularly at this price point. My go-to drugstore foundation now! The pump and tube packaging was also really useful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Selfie ready foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Revlon photo finish foundation in natural beige is fantastic! The packaging is modern and has a pump that is easy to use. I cleaned and moisturised my face and applied primer before pumping a small amount of foundation to my face. It glided on effortlessly and blended in well. I found that I did have to use a bit more on dark spots and pimples but it is a buildable foundation, especially when using with concealer. It made me feel fresh and confident as it is lightweight and lasts most of the day without need for touch up. You can use daily or at night with some bronzer and highlighter. I have used the foundation every day for a week - day and night and give it a 4/5 my only critique is I prefer a thicker foundation texture but that is a personal preference. Would recommend to people who like a light weight- medium coverage foundation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great finish [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive this as part of the trial team and I am forever in search of a good day to day foundation. This product comes in a small squeeze bottle so is easy to use. A little goes a long way too. I have very oily skin and so found this product needed a few powders during the day. When first applied, it looks so beautiful but as the day went on, it separated and felt oily. I tried it again with a different primer and on a cooler day and it worked out a bit better then so maybe this will be me winter foundation. As for everything else, there is no smell, it goes on so easily, is a light to medium coverage and looks great on yellow based skin tones (matched my skin so well!). It’s a gorgeous light foundation but I’m not sure it’s perfect for me

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for everyday wear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial the new Revlon Photoready candid foundation, and really enjoyed this trial. I loved the simplicity of the packaging- although smaller than my average foundation, the package is easy enough to slip into a bag for touch-ups throughout the day and the pump applicator makes it easy to control how much foundation you dispense with each use, as well as keep the foundation hygienic. The foundation itself is a beautiful texture, quite creamy and soft on the skin. It felt quite moisturising on my skin, and didn't feel cakey or like it was drying out my skin as with other brands. The formula blends out well and leaves a nice natural finish. The formula is quite light, but buildable to a medium coverage, probably not the best choice if you are looking for a full coverage foundation, but fine for regular everyday wear. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are oily like me- to use a setting spray/ primer as otherwise it will wear by the 6hr or so mark! (That said, I find this with ALL foundations, so no points lost there- just the annoying part of oily skin i guess!) All in all, a decent, everyday light foundation that I would use again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried a Revlon foundation before so when I got the invitation to trial this foundation I will really happy. I did not know what to expect. And I think that’s why I was very excited to try this because the I was completely unaware of the formula. I really like that this foundation had a pump. It’s really annoying when there is no pump or dropper in a foundation. Because it’s very messy and you end up wasting a lot of product. The foundations is beautiful. It has a good coverage. I wouldn’t say it’s full coverage but you can definitely build it up. It didnot feel cakey. I have combination skin and I had no problems with the foundation. It stayed very well on my face throughout the day. I like to use beauty blender for my foundation. It gave me a flawless finish. Overall really happy I got to trial this foundation. I wouldn’t have thought to buy it otherwise. I will definitely buy it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Revlon pollution fighting foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really glad to be a part of this trial team in particular because the media has recently been bringing to more attention the severe issues with pollution and being in Sydney, this is something I cannt escape so this would be a perfect foundation to trial. I spend quite a bit of time walking in the cbd and was glad this product had come along. I like the packaging and that it is quite small and compact although given that I do believe the RRP is a bit steep. It did feel quite lightweight although I believe most foundations are like that these days. The pump was a good idea to reduce mess and fuss and I’m glad it didn’t spit out too much to use. It did give a nice natural look if you’ve gotten the right shade and was blendablr with a beauty blender. Did also appear To last most of the day until the very end where I think the heat makes it slide a bit. A great travel foundation!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Revlon Foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favourite foundations is made by Revlon, so I was keen to try this new product out to see if it would be as good, or better! I love that it contains some good skin ingredients such as the vitamin E plus anti-blue light ingredients to help protect skin from environmental stressors. I love using products that are good for my skin which is why I often stay away from foundation, but if I am going to wear foundation this seems like a good choice. I quite like the packaging as it is compact and lighter to carry. The quantity of foundation is smaller than average including the other Revlon foundations but the price point is a little lower so it seems to work out. I was pleasantly surprised that the tube had a pump which is my preferred packaging for easy and hygienic dispensing. I chose the same shade in this product that I wear in Revlon colourstay liquid, and the match was pretty spot on. I was happy with this shade but as I didn’t go in store I’m not sure if there is a shade that may suit me even better. I found the foundation was very easy to apply and blend with my fingers, and felt light on my skin. A little bit of foundation went a long way, and the coverage was on the medium side with the ability to build it up further. I preferred to finish with a dusting of Revlon Colourstay Pressed Powder to set the foundation and give my preferred matte finish. I will definitely continue using this product and I will consider purchasing it in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Thick Coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialled the Revlon Photoready Candid natural finish foundation - 120 Buff Chamois, and loved this product. I found this colour matched my normal, fair, olive skin tone perfectly, and provided a medium level of coverage. It was easy to apply and lasted the whole day. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 out of 5 stars is because it felt a little thick and uncomfortable on my skin, however didn't appear caked on. Admittedly though, I have this complaint for allot of medium and high coverage foundations, so others not as sensitive as me may not have this problem. The bottle was easy to use, the product easy to apply, and the packaging was nice. In summary, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants medium coverage foundation that applies well and lasts the whole day, but only for people who aren't sensitive to the feeling of heavy makeup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A very good foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I am not a Revlon girl but when I had a chance to trial Revlon's new founadtion I wanted to give it a go. I have heard so much about their Colorstay and Photoready foundations I felt obliged to know at least one from the line. I am not disappointed. The foundation is really good. First of all I am a fan of the packaging that is a plastic tube with a pump. Very travel firendly and I can't ask for more. The shade I selected for myself online 220 Sand beige is a good match but I wish it was more on the yellow side as one would expect with the name sand. However, it does blend well with my complexion and looks very natural. The formula is rather on the thick side but applies beautifully, evenly, without smudges. There is a faint scent detectable, but very subtle and not offensive, I like the way Candid foundation makes your skin look healthy and smooth. The result is very natural and glowy. If one like their make up more matte it is just enough to powder the skin. The foundation feels very comfortable on the skin, seems moisturising and does not dry out the skin. The coverage is medium, rather buildable.I like how it looks. Candid foundation is also pretty long lasting. I must say it is one of the best foundations I tried for ages.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another Revlon [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this new Revlon foundation, I have not been disappointed in the past and yet again I wasn’t let down. Prior to trying this, I thought this foundation would be lightweight, light coverage and more like a BB cream consistency. I was so surprised that it is actually a thicker consistency to what I thought and more of a medium buildable coverage. I received the colour 120 Buff which would be the perfect shade for me in Winter (it’s a bit light for me at the moment). I’m normally a 130 shade in the other PhotoReady range. I initially tried to apply using a brush but it was too thick so I used a beauty blender which evenly distributes the product and creates more of a natural finish. This is a bit thick to use as my day to day foundation but good for occasions where I need more coverage or night time. I also found it to be a bit drying but it lasted throughout the day in the humidity of Brisbane. I love the packaging. It comes in a tube that has a little pump. It means I can chuck it in my bag for travel and not worry about the glass chipping. I love that it has no nasties in it. I have started to be more aware of the ingredients in my skin care so it comes naturally to check my makeup too. I don’t know what it is about Revlon but the foundation STINKS! It smells dirty. Looking forward to trying this in another shade.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this foundation in the shade Buff chamois. This shade is light to light medium and I would say it definately has a yellow undertone to it. The packaging is a plastic tube with a pump on the end. It is a decent pump that springs back nicely and delivers a good amount of product with each press. I used to love the glass bottles that foundations came in but now I am obsessed with the tubes as you can get every last drop out of them and then cut them open and still get into the corners. So I appreciate the packaging. The formula is quite a thick liquid. I used around 3 pumps for full face application. The product applied beautifully with a sponge and a brush but I get more coverage from a beauty sponge. The coverage of this foundation is fantastic. It states that it’s medium buildable coverage but I find it to be near full coverage with only a few areas needed to be built up. Once I have done my whole face it doesn’t feel heavy and it definately doesn’t look cakey and the rest of my makeup applies beautifully on top. As for the added benefits of anti-pollution, antioxidant, anti-blue light ingredients, this is a massive plus. To have good quality additives in our skincare and also in our foundations is a win win for me. I appreciate that the foundation is made without oils, parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes or fragrances and it’s good to know that you won’t be making your skin worse when using a foundation. Overall I will be definately repurchasing this foundation... in a little bit darker of a shade but I’m won over by it and it’s an affordable price. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that it only has 22ml. Foundation should be a standard of 30ml and that’s why I knocked off a star

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great everyday base [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to trial this foundation and I was really impressed. It had lovely buildable coverage (medium to full) and was easy to apply and blend in. I tend to avoid primers and found that this foundation didn’t punish me by lifting off my face as the day went on. It has a lovely finish somewhere in between matte and dewy which is great (or my natural dew was able to shine through maybe?). I like applying with my fingers as I find the heat helps to work the product but found I probably needed a little less product because it goes a fair way. Overall - lovely foundation, lasts all day or night and good value for money: buy it, buy two in case they discontinue

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good budget foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Photoready Candid Foundation from Revlon as part of a trial team - thank you BH and Revlon. I received the shade 110 Porcelain, which is a light shade with pink undertones. The shade is a bit too light for my summer tanned skin, but I think it'll be a good colour match for the winter months. Using some bronzer on top tends to help even out the shade. This foundation is specifically designed to combat pollution and blue light and is full of antioxidants and is oil free. It has some fabulous ingredients too like aloe leaf extract and cucumber fruit extract. I really like the formula of this foundation as it blends well and gives my skin a nice, natural and even finish. It feels lightweight on my skin and seems to last well through the day, although I do set it with powder and only use a setting spray. The packaging is great too - love the pump dispenser, I think they are the best dispensers for foundation. The tube it comes in is smaller than other foundations I've used over the years though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good light/medium buildable foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Revlon Photoready Candid Foundation as part of the beauty trial team. I don't use a lot of Revlon products as something in the formulation oxidises on my skin and turns the product yellow. I have very fair skin with a cool undertone, so I generally go for more pink foundations. The Porcelain shade I was sent was a good pink shade when it applied, but unfortunately it too oxidised to a deeper and yellow shade. I really liked the product when I applied it. It comes in a squeeze tube with a pump (LOVE!), so it's really easy to use. The consistency is thick and has a whipped texture. It applied easily with a beauty sponge and gave a light/medium coverage that's buildable. I did not try the concealer that was sent along with the foundation as it's far too dark for my very fair skin tone. My mother (who has a medium skin tone) enjoyed the concealer. I found that the foundation lasted well on my oily skin. I normally apply Gerard Cosmetics Slay All Day setting spray to control my oils, but I tried the foundation with no setting spray. It looked good at about the 6 hour mark, but by 8 hours my oils had come through and caused some separation. I'm really impressed with this longevity, as other foundations I love don't look that good after 6 hours WITH a setting spray.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little goes a long way [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to be a part of this trial team as I have particularly oily skin and am forever on the hunt to find a decent foundation that doesn’t require 400 powders and touch ups while I’m at work. When I got this bottle (tube?) I noticed it was a bit smaller then the foundations im used to buying. It’s a simple tube, easy to dispense and comes out like a cc or bb cream. The color seemed light but upon application I noticed 2 things, 1. It adjusts to your skin quite well and 2. A little goes a looooong way so I feel like this little tube will last at least the same time as a bigger bottle at minimum. It doesn’t wear thick and has a glowing, medium coverage, giving a natural but smoother finish. It ir really lovely when first applied and I wish it stayed that way for the duration of its wear! It is a lovely light foundation but I got soooo oily wearing this! I had to touch up quite a few times throughout the day but the pay off is good. It’s lovely and light and I would recommend it to people with normal to dry skin as I felt it to be quite hydrating

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great natural look; applies smoothly [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My usual Revlon purchases are for lips and eyes. Whenever I tried their foundations, I wasn’t very impressed, mainly because they’ve never suited my skin and the shades tend to lack variety. Even the Colorstay foundation one that attracted a lot of hype wasn’t very good. However, the results I got from their Photoready Candid foundation were surprisingly pleasant. I’m very impressed with the finish. It makes my skin look fresh and natural, something I prefer for every day going out. It is light to medium coverage, applies very smoothly and doesn’t have an overpowering fragrance. It doesn’t crease or cake on me. The only issue was that I had to apply setting powder before it lasted all day on my skin. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants that fresh, natural and subtle look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No-make up daily foundation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as part of the BH trial team. Luckily I picked the right colour to my skin tone, 400 Macadamia (for reference I am MAC NC 42 in the 24hr colour studio fix smooth wear concealer, and NARS medium 2 ginger in the creamy concealer). The foundation itself is similar texture to a BB cream, in that it has a viscosity to it, and isn't runny. There is no SPF contained in it, which means there is no flashback- great for photos. When I tested with a flash photo without sunscreen underneath there was no flashback. The coverage itself is light to medium, so you still need to use a concealer for spots, discolouration, etc. You won't get full coverage with this foundation without using a lot, and from what I've tested it isn't meant to be used so. The foundation is matte with a satin feel, and evens the skin tone out. For the price range, the amount of foundation you get is a little disappointing for Revlon- it's quite a small tube and if you use foundation daily I can see it finishing quite quickly. I have oily skin and found that my skin was oily after a school day, so if you have oily skin you need to use a setting powder over it. If you have very little blemishes and just require evening out your skin for a light makeup look, I highly recommend this. This foundation is great as a daily foundation, and it's size is quite handy for on the go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Feels like a moisturiser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually my first time trying out a Revlon Foundation, shocking I know! I have shade '120 Buff' which seems to suit my fair, neutral skin tone very well. On the back of the product it says this foundation has a medium buildable coverage, is oil free, anti-pollution, antioxidant and contains no harsh ingredients. I noticed there is only 22mL (majority of foundations I've found are 30ml) of product available, but in all honesty you only require a small amount to use. If you prefer fuller coverage or suffer from redness (I do at times), then just add on a second layer because it's not cakey at all! The formula is actually quite creamy and rich. It definitely feels like a moisturiser! Once you apply the coverage definitely has a natural finish. I prefer to apply this foundation with my fingers as it seems to blend out more seamlessly. If you work in an office like I do, certain foundations dry out my skin instantly. On a daily basis I prefer to use foundations like this one. Try it out!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tube design of this foundation and it comes with a pump so no mess. The foundation is meduim coverage and it’s buildable. Applies on my face smoothly and it’s not cakey. However as a person with a yellow undertone the shade lacks the yellow touch to it. Other than that really good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for those who like medium coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be a part of trial team for this foundation as I love a lot of Revlon products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was cakey and It was cakey and patchy when worn alone. You needed to mix with a very fluid foundation to make to have even coverage.
