Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This coffee addict needs white teeth! As a big coffee drinker, I am conscious about the colour of my teeth as well as the strong coffee smell after I have a cup. I love using Colgate Advanced Whitening as it combats both of these concerns! I use only a small amount on my electric toothbrush, and it really goes a long way. The tube has a flat cap, which means it can stand up on its own on my bathroom vanity.

This toothpaste has a peppermint flavour that has a pleasant taste and mouthfeel. I found that it cleaned my teeth well, leaving them feeling fresh for hours. After 1 week, I was surprised that some stains I have on my teeth seem slightly reduced as well. I'm excited to see the results after the 4 weeks of use as encouraged by Colgate on the packaging and will continue to use this product.

I used an electric toothbrush and a large pea sized amount each time. Really made a difference for my breath. I've decided to switch to this toothpaste rather than my regular whitening alternative brand. No significant noticeable difference in my teeth colour, but like I said I used a whitening toothpaste as my daily previously. I also had a noticeable reduced amount of biofilm after brushing with this. That's why I'm happy with the product and switching over to it
