Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

The taste is fine while it does an excellent job of cleaning the teeth. As for the whitening side of things, well it my be my imagination but my teeth do seem whiter.

It has a pleasant toothpaste taste, not too over powering. It leaves my teeth and mouth feeling clean and refreshed. Would definately buy this toothpaste.

They were yellow for so long; I had no idea. Then I found this, and it’s a game changer almost instantly! I like that my teeth feel cleaner after using it and I don't have to scrub my teeth to get that result. I also like that it has some whitening technology without being unduly harsh. Bottom line is Colgate is my go-to toothpaste. I never really buy anything else. I particularly love the whitening effect of this one because I drink quite a bit of tea and coffee. I really noticed my teeth looked less stained after about two and half weeks of using this. Is also gives you that great fresh breath we all desire and the obvious cavity protection. Winner for me. I will buy again.

It felt like my mouth got cleaner and held my breath good for longer throughout the day, as for the whitening of my teethe I didn't see any difference from start till end of the testing period. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I used this religiously day and night and the formulation was a paste. I noticed a slight reduction in yellowness in my teeth. However after about 3 weeks of consistent use, my teeth is getting a little bit sensitive so I am using these on most nights and using another toothpaste on other nights to ease the sensitivity. Overall great toothpaste that does what it claims!

I was so wrong. From the very first use my entire mouth felt cleaner for longer. The fresh flavour was strong but not too overpowering and my teeth appeared cleaner with less staining after only a few days of use. I used this product twice a day and the results have left me wanting to replace my regular toothpaste with this one. Very impressed.

It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean for hours, compared to a competitors brand that I had recently been using. The whitening effect is gradual but noticeable over time, which is a nice bonus. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the whitening results aren’t as dramatic as I had hoped, but it still does a great job keeping my teeth looking bright. The taste is refreshing and long lasting. If you’re looking for a solid everyday toothpaste that promotes oral health and provides some whitening benefits, this is a great choice!

The taste of this toothpaste seems less potent than other whitening toothpastes I have used. I would say it felt like it gave a good overall clean, without the feeling of thirst that you sometimes get after a gritty whitening toothpaste. It was not gritty at all. I can't say that I saw much of a difference in colour to my teethe. But it definitely didn't make them any worse.

I don’t believe it made them any whiter, however I am a regular coffee drinker. It has a nice fresh taste that left my breath smelling good after brushing, which I find not a lot of whitening toothpastes do. I would continue to use this toothpaste.
