Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

The 115g size would be good for travel, or a once off whitening. I’ve used it for one week and can’t say I’ve seen a difference in the colour of my teeth but maybe with more use that will change.

Some feel harsh on your teeth and gums but this one doesn't. Its a bit runnier than normal paste and it isn't as strong in flavour. I felt like it didn't do any whitening and I didn't feel like the antibacterial thing didn't do anything special but it's a nice toothpaste.

After 1 week of 2x daily use I haven’t noticed any whitening effect, though this may take a while to appear. I find the 6x more scrubbing particles claim a little concerning as I have eroded my teeth from using abrasive toothpastes before, but for someone with heavy staining it might work.

Taste wise I find it quite mild, I’d prefer something a bit stronger to have that fresh feeling for longer. On first couple of uses I felt it left a not so nice sensation on my tongue, I haven’t noticed it so much after a weeks use. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it but if it is on sale I would pick it up.

My breath stayed fresh for a while afterwards and my teeth feel nice and clean. I can't say I noticed a great whitening effect, but I did notice some difference and feel like it would improve further after long term use. I drink a LOT of tea and coffee so I know that would not help.
