Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

It has a decent mint flavour and a high amount of fluoride to keep your teeth protected from the elements. The only downside of this toothpaste is that it doesn't whiten as quickly or as strongly as products containing hydrogen peroxide or PAP - the upside to this though is that it protects your enamel. A good all-round toothpaste for the everyday person and occasion.

For the whitening part I didn't notice much difference. After a week it was slightly white but very hard to tell. But cleaning wise overall it's all good.

I had some irritation in my mouth after being sick and the toothpaste seemed to help it go away. It certainly didn’t make it worse or sting with use. I am yet to see any whitening results, but will continue use.

The taste is pleasant without any sour or tart tastes that might be associated with antibacterial or whitening toothpaste. The tube dispenses easily and can be used by all ages. As a toothpaste product it performs as advertised. From a personal perspective the lack of accreditation of no animal testing on the product or the Colgate brand would discourage my purchasing in the future as there are alternatives available that meet this requirement.

I tried the Colgate savacol which is an antibacterial toothpaste for healthy gums, it really helped me when I needed it the most. This time I wanted to try the toothpaste with whitening action and as usual I put my trust in Colgate Advanced Whitening Toothpaste. Packaging is very practical to use, Colour of paste is beautiful blue, taste like mint and feels very refreshing. Antibacterial properties help me to keep the teeth and gum problems away, and the whitening action brighten up the smile and gives a clean finish to the teeth.

It is vegan, gluten free and sugar free. It comes in two sizes, 115g and 200g. The box it comes in and the toothpaste tube are recyclable, the cap has to be thrown out. It left my mouth feeling fresh and my breath smelling minty fresh. It is a good affordable whitening toothpaste.
