Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4weeks continuous use.

From the first use, my teeth and mouth overall felt fresh and clean. The toothpaste itself has a pleasant taste and the zinginess was not overwhelming and unpleasant which is always a bonus. After a few days of use I noticed my teeth were cleaner looking and less stained. So with those positives, I am going to continue using this toothpaste and seeing what results a whole tube has upon my teeth and my smile.

Decent taste and texture, pretty standard, but I guess that’s what you want in a toothpaste. However, it claims to whiten your teeth. After seven days of using the product, I still haven't seen any results but in fairness, perhaps longer usage is required to notice any difference, as the marketing info’ suggests, but I’m certainly not convinced.

I liked the fresh menthol-like taste but not the sweetness. Also the toothpaste left a kind of astringent effect on my teeth, which was an unusual first-time experience. But after the seven days, my teeth do appear whiter. The box says that the antibacterial effect takes four weeks of continuous use so I can't comment on that. I do like that you can recycle the tube. So overall, I would say I'm lukewarm for this toothpaste. I'm going to finish it and then decide whether I want to try a few others to see if I can find one that is effective with a good taste.

However, I did not see any whitening results. I would recommend as an all round general toothpaste but not for it's whitening properties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothpaste has a nice Minty taste and makes my mouth, tongue and teeth feel really clean for most of the day. However, when it came to the whitening, I don't think it had much of an affect on my teeth as they were quite yellow to begin with. I'm sure if you had small coffee stains it would remove them over time. You be the judge, check it out!

I haven't noticed any whitening of my teeth, but have only been using the toothpaste for a week. I will use the entire tube and decide if I will repurchase then. I tend to have teeth that can be sensitive to cold but haven't experienced any sensitivity while using this toothpaste, which is a big positive.

Very light mint taste, fresh breath after cleaning teeth however don't last very long, which is a shame, I prefer a bit stronger mint scent so would last at least a few hours.

It foams very easily and doesn't leave a strong cold minty feel in your mouth. Performance wise, it seems average. Seems to do the job at removing plague but its main claim is advanced whitening which I unfortunately don't see after just over a week of testing day and night.

The only plus side is that Colgate Total Advanced Whitening is not as Gritty as other brands. I had attempted with 2 types one generic brand above and colgate below after my initial 7 days to see its effect on my teeth, it seems to be underperforming in comparison.
