Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4weeks continuous use.

The soft gel is easy to apply onto a toothbrush and you feel good using it cause you know it improves the health of your whole mouth the more you use it, your whole mouth feels clean and it did actually improve the look of my teeth by lightening my stains, so far.

It has its positives and negatives though as I did feel it was a dentist clean freshness flavour, although lasting so long left a taste in your mouth for quite sometime as well as lingering whilst you had morning coffees, etc.

They complained that it was too hot. I can't really say that I noticed any difference from the whitening agent, I'm afraid, which is a shame, perhaps with more sustained use there may be some effect, but none as yet. As they won't use it, I probably won't get it as I don't want to start having different ones for different family members.

So I have always bought the original and found it confusing and a bit frustrating when the product branched out to find MY toothpaste that cleaned, whitened and freshened my breath. I stick to the original as a don't really like peppermint and the original isn't very pepperminty. It's not close to the original. Whether it was pepperminty or not the blue colour made me feel like it was so it wasn't a pleasant experience using it. I just want my regular toothpaste back. Doubtful to buy again
