Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4 weeks continuous use.

I have been using the toothpaste twice a day since the 26th November and I have not noticed any difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I feel that they have had a good clean and the freshness stays in your mouth for a while but I have not noticed any difference in the whiteness.

I found you definitely got a more clean feeling using this product than the standard, it had a stronger taste (still good) which indicated it was freshening up your whole mouth not just your teeth. I would definitely recommend this product and I will purchase it in the future.

Foamed up nicely in my mouth and appeared to keep my breath fresh for a while. guess I would still buy it when its on special.

I did not need to use much to get a good amount of frothing. I like that it reduces bacteria by removing plaque & tartar thus preventing cavities & protecting gums which is important as my Mum lost her teeth due to gum shrinkage. Also important to me that this contains whitening ingredients as i always use a whitening toothpaste as well as freshening to avoid bad breath problems. One negative point with this & many toothpastes is the larger lid size & non flexible tube making it difficult to store tube in my toothpaste/brush container as well as getting last of the toothpaste out as it can't be rolled up. This is minor point & does not affect great quality of this product. My husband has sensitive teeth so would be perfect if a toothpaste could be formulated that contains all of these ingredients as well as being beneficial for sensitive teeth to avoid the need for have 2 different toothpastes. Happy to buy this again

The fact that the lid screws off is a bonus as well. The flavour wasn't too strong & only "burnt my tongue" if I was brushing my tongue while there was toothpaste on the brush. I likes the feeling of tiny particles left in your mouth before rinsing. It foamed a lot but that's not an issue.
