Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.

Colgate Total is really a very good toothpaste. Personally I recommend this to all having dental problems. Since I have starting using this toothpaste, I dont face any dental problems. This is a great product by Colgate. Definitely recommended.

Allot of toothpaste is sooo minty it makes your eyes water but this one was just right. It was really effective too, I could feel my teeth had that protective coat all day long, whereas some toothpaste, after 1 meal, you can feel it’s gone. I would use it again and the price was pretty good as I got the larger tube of it.

The Colgate Total Advanced Fresh toothpaste has the added benefit of an antibacterial. My teeth felt wonderfully brushed, clean and refreshed following twice-a-day brushing. With the innovative antibacterial, I felt confident that my mouth, gums and tongue were free and protected from nasty germs. The flavour was also nice, making me feel positive for long lasting fresh breath. Would recommend this product for added antibacterial protection in your daily dental care routine.

It was easy to find this toothpaste on the shelf at the supermarket because it has a shiny multicoloured box that stands out. The look and feel of the box indicates to me that this is a high-quality product. After using this toothpaste for a week, I found that it cleans my teeth really well and leaves them minty fresh. The gel paste has a pleasant minty flavour that isn't too overpowering and it works very well with my electric toothbrush. Other aspects of this toothpaste that I really like are the fact that there is 12-hour antibacterial protection for my teeth, tongue, cheeks and gums. My whole mouth felt clean and fresh after using this toothpaste. Another huge plus is that the plastic tube is also recyclable, not just the box! I was very impressed with that from a sustainability viewpoint. Overall, I would recommend this high-quality toothpaste and would repurchase it in future.

I wondered why on earth would I need my toothpaste to be antibacterial? But I love it. It's green which was a bit weird at first but I love it better than my normal Colgate as it's not as fresh. It dosnt burn your mouth like regular toothpaste does. I also realised I loved that it was antibacterial as I've been using it to clean my mouth guard each night that I wear do to teeth grinding. Now I know my mouth guard will be clean after using the new Colgate antibacterial toothpaste.

It's fresh, crisp and minty that's not overpowering. It will give you a clean feeling after brushing your teeth. The tube is handy size, which is handbag friendly. The cap works well as it clicks closed with little effort and doesn't leak or get clogged. My teeth genuinely look white and shiny. They feel clean and healthy. I will be repurchasing Colgate Total 12.

It had a nice refreshing mint taste but not too overbearing. It leaves a nice fresh taste in your mouth. It does a great job of cleaning the teeth, and it claims to be antibacterial so I assume it's destroying the bacteria in my mouth - not something I could prove. There's not many antibacterial toothpastes out there so this is quite unique. I made sure I brushed the back of my tongue with it also to remove any bacterial there.
