Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.

The texture feels really smooth too. Colgate Total Advanced left me feeling as though my teeth were cleaner and breath was fresher for longer (according to family whose opinion I sought - partner and our kids). I will probably buy this toothpaste again.

However, it was easy to get the desired pea sized amount of product. The wider end of the tube allowed for the toothpaste to stand neatly on the basin. The product left my mouth feeling fresh and clean and I didn’t have a dry mouth upon waking like I do with my regular toothpaste.
