Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

The toothpaste has a pleasant, mild flavour (not overpowering like some). My teeth feel really clean after use - especially the back of my bottom front teeth. The toothpaste texture is slightly softer than others and in my opinion this makes it easier to squeeze onto the toothbrush. Overall I was super impressed with this toothpaste and will definitely buy it again (and I haven't even checked the price!)

I have been using ths toothpaste every day morning and night for the last 4 weeks and I'm happy with the outcome. After brushing my mouth feels fresh and clean, I have noticed an improvement in my sensitivity towards cold drinks and foods, I would need to use longer to see if there is an improvement on the strengthening or whitening. Yes I would recommend this product.

So really is it only 12 hour protection if you brush twice a day?? With that said it had a smooth texture and not a bad taste that leaves my mouth feeling fresh. I regularly use colgate total 12 and the smell is a little overbearing. However this product has a good smell and is alot less intense.
