Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

I do not feel that this toothpaste can fix what has already been done to my teeth. Whist using this toothpaste i had to go to the dentist to get another filling. So prevention of what has already occured this toothpaste will not do. The taste of the toothpaste toothpaste is good, not overpowering. I have only used for 7 days now, but if i continue for the recomenced 4 weeks i may just see an improvement in my teeth. I will continue to use this until its finished

The most noticeable improvement was in my teeth's whiteness. While the difference is subtle, it’s still enough to give me confidence in my smile. Another standout feature is the lasting freshness it provides. My breath stays remarkably fresh throughout the day, which is a big plus for someone who values good oral hygiene. The formula is fresh and gentle on gums. Also I love the fact that tube is recyclable, which is an eco-friendly step that I love and Colgate’s initiative to reduce single waste plastics.

Took me a long time to find one I like. It cleans well and does the job of a toothpaste. I'm not a fan that this toothpaste has branched out into differnt versions as I found it confusing to find MY toothpaste. It doesn't 100% seem like the original but it does the job.

I have therefore since swapped to Cedel as it is vegan and cruelty free and contains fluoride (like Colgate does) which is necessary.

It works great for its intended purpose obviously, other than being a bit ick on the taste factor! But I was in a bind before an open home trying to get rid of a scratch on the window and used this with a microfibre cloth which polished out the scratches quick smart. Minty fresh smell too haha
