Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4 weeks continuous use.

However it does the same job as my current product (a generic) so I don't think it has done enough to justify the brand premium price difference to change from my current toothpaste.

Nothing wrong with it but teeth weren't any whiter and don't see any particular reason for purchase.

It does make my mouth feel dry afterwards like I need a drink of water. My teeth feel clean, but I prefer the blue mint gel for taste and the effects of specific whitening toothpastes better. A good economical option.

It didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I didn't notice my teeth any whiter or better than any other toothpaste. I don't really like toothpaste that doesn't have some gel in as it feels gritty.
