Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO FAR SO GOOD… [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new toothpaste has the potential to be a groundbreaker in the realm of a multitude of toothpaste brand and products, eliminating the use of multiple products by combining the benefits of several different varieties, to get the one that beats them all in one use twice daily. The real proof in the pudding as for just how much prevention is caused will be seen over longer term use, but for my short term use of a few weeks in the trial of this product I found it to be a very effective defence against bad breath, and I hold high hopes for the other aspects purportedly addressed by this, which are: bacteria on gums, enamel erosion, plaque, tartar, stains, and cavities. I will have to leave the verdict on those for my dentist, but if he gives his tick of approval after inspection then I will not be using any other toothpaste in future. My mouth was left feeling clean and fresh, and with pleasant fresh breath.

Colgate Total Orignal Paste is still the all time Original for a reason, it tastes great, the texture is smooth and it leaves your mouth feeling fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine my surprise when after using this for the first time and realising how bland the usual sensitive teeth brand I’ve been using for years actually is! My absolute favourite thing about this product is the strong peppermint flavour that leaves your mouth feeling so clean there’s no need for mouthwash afterward. It foams nicely and a little goes a long way. There’s no heavy pasty or gooey gel texture to it, and even though I have the occasional problem with sensitive teeth, I’ve had no issue with this. If you have any concerns about bad breath or not feeling like your teeth are totally clean after brushing, this is the toothpaste you need! I will absolutely be repurchasing once this tube runs out. Bravo Colgate!

It also helps that it contains additional ingredients for extra care and prevention for any concerns. Overall i'd definitely recommend this toothpaste, can I say it's better for you compared to others, probably not but it's definitely one that i'd be more comfortable buying.
