Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

The Colgate Total 12 Original recommends brushing twice a day, and after a couple of days I realised that once a day wasn’t enough! However, brushing twice a day, as directed, produced really good results. The toothpaste doesn’t maintain a fresh mouth feel as long as the Advanced Whitening Toothpaste, but is well priced and represents good value for money.

I felt like I got a great clean working well and it left my breath smelling fresh for ages. The only thing I would improve on would be the seal little foil on top, make it a little bigger so it’s easy to peal off. Would definitely recommend.
