Ingredients

Glycerin, Water, Hydrated Silica, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Arginine, Flavour, Zinc Oxide, Cellulose Gum, CI 77891, Poloxamer 407, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Zinc Citrate, Benzyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin, Phosphoric Acid, Sucralose.

Active Ingredients: Sodium Fluoride 0.32% w/w (equiv. to 1450 ppm F).

Contains: Sodium Fluoride 0.32% w/w (equiv. to 1450 ppm F).

Directions

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4weeks continuous use.

I felt like I got a great clean working well and it left my breath smelling fresh for ages. The only thing I would improve on would be the seal little foil on top, make it a little bigger so it’s easy to peal off. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the smell, taste and texture of the toothpaste. The cap style was also great - reducing mess around the lid. After using this, my teeth and mouth felt clean and fresh. Teeth were smooth and breath was minty. I did not notice any whitening results which is specified on the packaging but overall was happy with the product.
