My hair looks fuller and more voluminous. I haven't experienced as much hair loss as I am used to and my hair doesn't look as thin as it did before. There are 3 stages, shampoo, conditioner and treatment and I must admit, I love being able to use conditioner throughout my hair from the roots to the ends as this is the first conditioner that has recommended I do this. It's less hassle for me and I can be liberal and comfortable while applying the Nioxin conditioner. Previously while using other brands I'm informed to only use conditioner from the base of my head to the ends. I feel like my hair looks as full and thick as it did 20 years ago. I am sold on this product and will definitely be purchasing it again. Highly recommend.
