I have oily skin, but have switched to a more moisturising regime as I am getting older. My skin is instantly 100 times clearer and more plump, and I have be reccommending it to everyone. It is quite heavy so I usually use it at night, and in the morning depending on how my skin feels. Also very convenient to have it in a tube rather than a tub as it prevents contamination. Will be buying again and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hydrates very dry skin This was recommended to me in the forum threads by a member and for me who suffers this constant dry itch on my arms worked perfectly for me. I do suffer dermatitis so my GP seems to think for some reason, it affects only my arms. The cream comes in a tube with a pop up lid. It is easy to just push up a little bit of cream for my arms. It is quite rich and thick but on application to my arms, it spreads really easily. This moisturising cream is great for sufferers dry to VERY Dry Skin, like me. It is fragrance free so it doesn't affect your sensitive skin or noses for that matter. The product has been developed by Dermatologists. I apply after showering but if during the day I feel any dryness, I will reapply. It's non greasy too. With using this cream every day, I am avoiding the dreaded dry itch which I suffer terribly. My very dry skin is now totally hydrated. I would love this to be in a pump container but I am more than happy to continue to use in the tube pack.

I religiously use your cleanser, bar soap, PM lotion, regular moisturising lotion and this cream. When my skin throws an angry tantrum, I reach for the pacifier that is CeraVe Moisturising Cream. My skin calms instantly! This formula is more occlusive than the lotion and I find I use it more in dry Winter weather. I apply it to wet skin and calms my eczema like nothing else. It really is a Saviour when it comes to Eczema and xerosis. I love that the Australian range is formulated without parabens!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best moisturiser ever! This product was recommended by my child's doctor as he suffers from severe eczema. Not only is it super moisturising, but it is gentle for babies and suitable for body AND face. It contains ceramides which help protect the skin by forming a barrier. If it is good enough to use on my infant, it most certainly is good enough for my face and I haven't turned back. You can even get a jar just over $20 for almost half a litre which I think is insane given how good this stuff is. I've tried a lot of moisturisers in my time especially dealing with eczema in the family and this is by far the best.

I use it all over but on my face I use it on top of a serum from The Ordinary and an oil, like rosehip or jojoba.Much cheaper than ceramide capsules and just as good.I don't pay attention to marketing I read the ingredients instead.

My skin is dry from using tret and its been amazing, no sting just hydrating and lovely to use.

My skin has recently gone from oily to dry, and this on the face and body has just revitalised it. I don't find that it makes my skin greasy at all in the morning and it is easy to spread. the only thing I would say is, spend the extra money and get the bigger tubs of it, the tube just doesn't last that long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Moisturising cream I originally bought this to use as a gentle moisturiser on my face while on Accutane to help with the dry skin side effects It is helpful in reducing the dryness without making my skin feel all cloggy or making my acne worse. For my body, I sometimes have to use stronger creams for dry skin but this one is the best for my face. It is a thick cream, which was recommended by my dermatologist - as opposed to the lotion I have bought this cream a few times now as I am happy with the job it does.

Leaving one star out because I would prefer it to be more moisturising and come with a pump - instead of having to twist the lid off and on.

I did think it was a little bit thick but being a cream and not just a moisturising I was happy to give it a go. I am not sure that a face cream should be okay for body as well but the cost is good so using on the body as well would be okay. It is ideal for dry and very dry skin on the face and body and doesn't have a fragrance which I like. I only have a small sample, 7g but it seems to go a long way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For dry skin I prefer to use creams for my body which is quite dry and would use lotions for my face as I have oily and acne prone skin. The moisturising cream can be used for both the body and the face but for me I just used it on my body. I like to apply it right after I take a shower when my skin is damp so it's able to absorb the product a lot easier. It contains hyaluronic acid and it is fragrance free making it suitable for those who have sensitive skin. It took a bit longer to rub the product in because it's a cream but thankfully it didn't leave my skin feeling greasy. When it comes to the hydration benefits I think it's great, my legs and arms aren't as dry as before and my skin feels much softer too. It's perfect for the colder months when my skin can get really dry and sensitive. It calms the skin and keeps it hydrated, exactly what I need.

I was looking for an effective winter moisturiser and remembered I had this in my makeup drawer. It comes in a 156ml tube (the standing up type). A white creamy consistency it seems to soothe as it glides on. I find it great when my skin feels like it needs more moisturising from having spent time outdoors. I use it as a night cream on my face as it seems a little heavier than my daytime moisturiser (which is sun protective). It has very little scent and in my case doesn't cause eye irritation if I inadvertently get it near my eyes.

This moisturiser is a godsend; I was forever literally flaking skin whenever, wherever - it didn’t happen over night but restored my moisture barrier and has helped my overall skin texture. The one thing I didn’t like was if you applied or squeezed out a little too much then my skin felt a bit greasy afterwards
