Rated 4 out of 5 by from I am an avid user of double cleansing and Garnier have some of the best micellar cleansing waters on the market to remove that first layer of makeup and cleanse the skin without any rubbing of the skin. To use the product, you shake the bottle until the top blue layer is mixed well with the rest of the product. I use a cotton pad to gently swipe across my face but you can also put some in your hands and massage directly onto your fave. I get sensitive skin and this product didn't irritate my skin and it was really gentle. It left my skin feeling soft and supple. I thought that the product was a but oily and left a slight residue and I wasn't a huge fan of the scent but overall Ganier's Micellar Cleansing Water for Delicate Eyes & Skin is a useful product for removing makeup while cleansing and soothing the skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Micellar water's are typically not my favourite, so I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. I have really sensitive skin - including eczema around my eyes - and this felt calming and didn't sting one bit. The oil ensured that the product didn't strip any of my natural oils in my skin, but didn't leave a greasy film; it removed all traces of waterproof eyeliner and liquid lipstick; and didn't cause a reaction on the eczema on my eyelids.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found using the new Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Delicate Eyes & Skin fast and effective to use. I am a qualified Beauty Therapist past and therefore very strongly believe in ALWAYS washing your face after Micellar water use as I don’t believe in not washing it off your face and that it removes every trace of make up, however in saying that Micellar water is my preference of make up removal. I do find some struggle to remove eye make up and also sting my eyes quite severely and cause my eyes to be in pain and water which is obviously undesired. I have tried several of the other Garnier Micellar waters in the past and I would have to say they are one of my preferred favorites. I particularly like the addition of the oil as I find it very quickly and painlessly removes my eye make up without any rubbing required and I also find I have less make up residue that needs to be washed off when I am washing my face. It defiantly removes the majority of traces. I will continue to use this product and I will be recommending it to my mum who particularly has very very sensitive skin and particularly eyes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have used the other Micellar in oil but I do find this one better as it is delicate on the eyes and takes of all my eye makeup and I don’t get any of it inside my eye which has happened to other Micellar waters I’ve tried.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is really efficient at removing eye makeup (even waterproof mascaras) if you soak a cotton pad and press it against your makeup first before trying to wipe it off. It leaves the skin feeling fresh and not greasy at all despite the oil. I've been using this product for removing eye makeup alongside Bioderma for the rest of the face — a great combination that I will continue using! It's an excellent product at this price point. I've given only four stars because the fragrance was overwhelming for a product that doesn't need to be rinsed. So I'd only recommend it if you're not bothered by lingering scents.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I fell in love with the new Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Delicate Eyes and Skin! The oil and water formula makes my skin feel moisturised  and soft afterwards so its a great quick fix before bed when I'm short on time!\n\nI do have to mention though, I was surprised though that this new formula has such a strong scent - at first I thought it may have been a natural scent from the cornflower water, but in the list of ingredients I saw that perfume/fragrance is included. Considering that its marketed to people with sensitive skin (who often have allergies or skin irritations to fragrance) I did think that it was a strange addition, as the original Micellar Water formula contains no fragrance. Thankfully, it didn't irritate my skin at all though and does smell absolutely beautiful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the garnier micellar water range, so I was very excited to try this product as I usually struggle to remove my waterproof makeup gently. I wasn't disappointed as this product did exactly what it said it would and removed all my make up easily without any tugging or rubbing, a simple soak and swipe was all it took.\nThe only downside of this product for me is the fragrance, I love the smell of it but would prefer a fragrance free product to use on my eyes as I found it was quite strong and did initially sting my eyes a little, in saying this though, it did improve as my skin (and nose) became used to it with repeated uses.\nMy skin felt so fresh, clean and hydrated after using it, not tight and dry like with, some other make up removers and cleansers, it felt like I already had light moisturiser on!\nI would use this again and just hope they make a fragrance free version as it really does work so well at removing all traces of makeup. I like the generous sized bottle too, will last me quite a while.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have used Garnier micellar waters for as long as I can remember so I was super excited to try a new one with oil! I didn’t feel like it left any residue at all considering there was oil in it, it left my skin feeling as clean as the regular micellar water. It actually cleaned my skin really well and gave my mascara a really good run for its money. I’ve never found anything that takes mascara off completely but this came close! I actually used it as a first cleanse and then went in with my cleanser afterwards and didn’t have any adverse reactions with my sensitive skin. Love this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My skin is typically dry, sensitive with the occasional eczema flare up and most micellar waters and makeup removes tend to irritate or dry out my skin. This product I found to remove my everyday makeup with no irritation to my face. It does occasionally sting around my eyes but that sensation disappears within seconds. I found that it struggled to remove all my makeup when I wore glittery eyeshadow and highlighter but would recommend it to people to remove everyday makeup

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've used other Garnier micellar waters before and some other more expensive brands and this one worked just as well. In fact the whole Garnier range is my go to for micellar water! \n\nI liked the oil aspect of this version as I do suffer sensitive skin and the oil seemed to help a bit. You do have to get the product out onto the makeup pad quickly after shaking as it does start to settle again but I've found that with similar style products as well. \n\nAs a somewhat heavy makeup wearer this product did exactly what it was supposed to and removed my makeup. I did find it had a bit of an oily residue left after use but as I double cleanse this didn't bother me. The smell of the product is pleasant and the packaging certainly was sturdy. \n\nWould definitely re-purchase once I've gotten through the massive bottle!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've been using this as part of my double cleansing routine, and I have to say I really like it. It's efficient and gets the job done in terms of getting eye and lip makeup off at the end of the day, and doesn't sting or aggravate my skin. On the das I have used it as a stand alone cleanser, I have been surprised that this product, despite the biphase oil in water formula, doesn't leave a greasy residue!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I had never used miceller water and was a bit a skeptical at first. First use I applied with cotton pad to eyes and was a bit disappointed that eye make up didn’t wipe off with ease, it turned into a mess. Going forward much better results by removing the excess make before applying miceller water - eye makeup removed without fuss!  \nI would recommended this product and will keep in my nightly routine.  \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for waterproof makeup I trialled the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water as part of BH's trial team. The micellar water comes in a large clear bottle and is going to last me a long time and is great value. To use I needed to shake the bottle really well until the blue and clear liquids are mixed together (this is important otherwise my skin was left feeling extra oily after using). I used cotton pads with this product and once they were soaked I wiped over my skin. I found this micellar water was better than my normal one for removing waterproof makeup especially eyeliner and mascara. I like that it didn't require me to constantly wipe at my eyes to remove makeup. It did leave a bit of an oily residue on my skin meaning I had to make sure I did a good second clean with my regular cleanser. I will continue to use this product however only on waterproof makeup as I prefer how my skin feels with my normal micellar water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Garnier Micellar cleansing water and oil is a lovely amped up version of the tried and true traditional Micellar water from Garnier. The oil in this product helps to remove the tougher makeup products like long wear liner and mascara. This is a great product that is not stripping or drying. I would always follow up with a second cleanse from a standard mild cleanser. Add this to your makeup removing routine as a 2 part process, no more panda eyes in the morning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cuts through makeup. First of all I love the packaging on this product, and the appeal of the oil and micellar water when mixed creates a beautiful colour. I did notice the light fragrance and I actually like the smell but it could be a downside for those with really fragrance sensitive skin, I used this on heavy eye and face makeup and it cut through it really easily with just a couple of cotton rounds. More so than the regular micellar water and I found it really easy and gentle over the eyes which is great! It removed my makeup really well and quickly but the slightly oily residue did make me feel the need to do a double cleanse/use another product to feel like I had properly cleansed my skin. I would definitely recommend using this to remove stubborn eye and face makeup especially on waterproof products and for drier skin(the oil would reduce any tight feeling!)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised I previously used Garniers previous version of micellar water and wasn’t impressed with the results in how it removed makeup so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this new micellar water with oil. First of all, it is a great size, easy to use and doesn’t pour out too much product- so it isn’t wasteful! And now to the results- It really does work wonders and I’m very impressed. It removes stubborn makeup including eye makeup quite easily and doesn’t leave an oily finish. I’ve been using this daily and can’t complain at all. The downside is that you can’t easily transport it around so wouldn’t be suitable to take on holiday as it would leak. I’d love to see a smaller version of this suitable for travel. So thank you Beautyheaven for letting me trial this and give my opinion, I’m really surprised and I will repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective makeup remover The first thing I noticed about this product was how good it smelled! It made me want to use it straight away! Overall, I like this product. I gave it 4 starts because whilst it definitely takes off most of my makeup, it doesn't seem to get it ALL off. For example, my mascara doesn't come off completely unless I scrub hard (which the instructions say not to do). I find that when I soak a cotton pad with a lot of the solution, it seems like all of my eye makeup has come off (it looks that way), however after I shower and wet my face, I somehow still emerge with panda eyes. Maybe I am not using enough of the solution, but I definitely soak the cotton pad (and I am also not using waterproof mascara). The positives of this product is that it leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft, with no sticky or oily residue. There is no need to wash it off, which is definitely a bonus. It also leaves your skin smelling amazing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is definitely one of the better micellar waters out there. It has quite a pleasant scent and works really well to remove makeup, even waterproof mascara. I used two cotton pads, the first got the bulk of my make up off; the second was the residual product at the edge of my face and remaining mascara. I found what works best is to soak the first pad and pat my closed eyes a little to let the product sit while I remove the makeup from the rest of my face. Then get the second pad with about half as much product and gently work off my mascara. It is really nice near the eye area, causing my sensitive skin no irritation. The one draw back is that it does leave a residue and you need to disperse the product quite quickly after shaking, or it begins to seperate again.  \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I put on makeup everyday. So I've use quite a few different brand of makeup remover. In the recent years I tend to use more micellar water. I've tried a few higher range and  affordable range of micellar water. By testing this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Delicate Eyes & Skin I find that it is an effective product which helps remove make up easily while still gentle on my skin and eye without leaving me teary eye as some micellar water does.\nThe bottle itself it's quite a good size with a pretty attractive blue color which I think comes from the Cornflower. The only problem I had when testing this product earlier it's when you're sleepy or in a rush and forgot to shake the bottle to let the formula blend. But all is good with some practice and u will automatically shake the bottle after a few time using it. The micellar water smells nice too. It would be nice if the bottle come in a pump bottle version which will be better. Overall I love this micellar product and will continue to use it and recommend it to others.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I cannot describe how amazing it smells but trust me you'll love it! I  enjoyed  using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water. It was definitely gentle, and was quite good at removing makeup, especially waterproof mascara. I think with the oil infused makes a big difference because the makeup comes off with just one stroke and leaving behind a soft smooth skin that feels like it was hydrated and cleansed at the same time. Definitely worth it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from At first I was a little sceptical of the oil and water formulation, as similar products have left my face feeling greasy but this one had me pleasantly surprised. It removed all of my makeup and my skin was left feeling soft and suppple and Without a trace of greasiness. Smells great, would purchase again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was a little worried about the "oil" in this product when I first received it, as I didn't know whether it would make my skin oily, however I loved it! It removed all my make up with ease and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated, but not oily. The smell was pleasant and it felt soft on my skin. I used a cotton pad with the product. I would purchase this product for myself!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All in all the appearance of this product looks very cool, I like the blue colour and the oil and water combination looks great when it isn’t mixed.\n\nThe bottle says you should shake the product well and use it once it is combined. Personally I would rather just use a product that I didn’t have to shake every time.\n\nThe smell is very strong, and although I don’t mind the smell my body didn’t like it and I found I had a slight reaction to it. It’s hard to explain but has happened to me twice before with perfumes. Something about the smell gives me a headache / I don’t feel good from it.\n\nI tried to use this product several times, it removed the makeup well with a wipe, including waterproof mascara, as the instructions say to use a wipe. I was happy with the cleaning aspect of my skin. \n\nMy eyes however stung from the product being near them, even though it is for sensitive eyes. Because of this I would rinse my face with water after using it. I stopped using it as I kept having a reaction and for this reason I wouldn’t buy it again. \n\nI do think it is a good product though in terms of price, and how well it worked for removing makeup with a wipe. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The product was pretty convenient, It worked well for me when you shake the bottle until its all mixed well, soak a cotton pad ( and you have to be generous i found), place the cotton pad over my eye and left it to soak for about 10 seconds then, gently wiped away, When i used it this way it was much better then just wiping the eye area straight away. It did sting my eyes when i used it to remove liner from inside of my eye, but it goes away after a couple of seconds.\n\nIt does have a scent which isn't too bad, but if you don't like fragrances in your products then it probably isn't for you. It does linger for a bit. It didn't remove any of my lashes, which i found with the Garnier pink bottle so that is a massive plus. I would definitely moisturise your skin after using this product because after a few minutes, my skin didn't feel tight but with anything around the eye area, its best to moisturise as it is delicate. I did have to clean my skin after with a cleanser, as i don't think you should rely on this product to completely remove all the makeup.\n\nIf you just want a quick and easy way to remove makeup or as a step prior to cleansing the skin then it is fantastic and i would definitely recommend.\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean, fresh I haven't trialed very many products before, but out of the ones I have this has to be one of my favourites. To start off with, it 's packaging looks great, the colour choice was great. I wear the basic makeup on a daily basis ( mascara & foundation) and before this was introduced to me I would have to scrub my face with a cleanser to get all of my mascara off. However, I now just get one cotton pad and wipe over the area once and the makeup will come straight off. I did not have to scrub it or anything. This would then reduce the redness to my skin and would protect my eyelashes as I didn't need to scrub them in order for my mascara to come off. The one down side to this product was that it left my skin extremely oily and my skin is normally dry and flakey. However this may have occurred due to me overusing it. I still 100% recommend this product to all makeup users!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This micellar water is not my new HG, BUT it does have some good points!\nIt was fun to shake the bottle and mix it all together, I like the colour coordination they have going on with the bottle and oil at the top!\nThe smell was pleasant upon opening the lid, it soaked into cotton pads nicely, I didn't have any spillage issues that I have with some micellar waters coming out of the tiny hole when you squeeze!\nThis took off my eye makeup nicely, no pulling, BUT.. It burned my eyes! You need a TINY amount of product to go over your eyes with, any excess and it'll get into your eyes and it's not pleasant! This took off my makeup so easily, 1 pad if I cleansed my face after and 2 if I went to bed without washing it off.. my brow products didn't budge at all using this though! I did notice if I didn't wash it off (So I used this as my pre cleanse) I got small bumps on my face, but no itching or burning! Some times when I was too tired to wash it off and just went to bed I didn't wake up with any bumps or redness surprisingly!\nMy skin definitely felt cleaner after using this and it didn't leave an oily residue as I thought it might!\nI would recommend this product as it feels a bit more smoother going over your face than other micellar waters.. but avoid going over your eyes if you have issues!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I generally enjoyed the experience of using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water. It was definitely gentle, and was quite good at removing makeup - even waterproof mascara. I enjoyed the scent as well. The bottle is quite a generous size, but not the easiest to hold onto. I did find there was  a bit of an oily residue after use, which required another product to cleanse off - but I think the oil helped remove waterproof products so that's the tradeoff. Would use again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy all in one I received this for trial team review. I was curious as to why I would need a water in oil product, when the normal micellar water works just as well. First of all, I do wear contact lens, and i don't find any problem using the micellar water whilst wearing contact lens anyway. One thing I do like, is that the blue oil is very obvious, so that I know it is emulsified before I pour it on the cotton pad. It still cleans well, waterproof mascara gone easily. Since my skin is slightly dry after makeup, this feels comfortable and pleasant. I do like the price point, as well as the combination, the thought of not having to rub the thin areas of my skin is a plus. And it is nice that I don't have to use heaps of this water to clean my skin, now if they make one that stops breakouts and white heads while cleaning my face, that would be even better

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would definitely recommend this micellar water to anyone. My skin is quite sensitive and this didn't irritate at all.  It easily removed my makeup including waterproof mascara and didn't leave my skin feeling oily or greasy like most other eye makeup removers. The product separates into two phases but just requires a quick shake prior to use. Large size bottle makes it great value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was actually a bit hesitant to use this product as i didn't want a feeling of oil residue on my skin. But after using i was pleasantly surprised! It left my skin feeling refreshed, supple and not at all tight like some other brands. It also works well with minimal product needed, the dirt and make-up wipes off effortlessly. I have really sensitive skin and found that it caused no irritation to my skin or eyes. Would definitely purchase now that i know it's safe for me to use.  \n
