Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! I received this as part of BH's Beauty Degustation event and I'm so glad I did! At first I wasn't so keen to use it. I've used cream leave-in conditioners before and always found they made my hair feel sticky, greasy and heavy. I decided to try this for the sake of it and I was surprised to find it was a fantastic product. For starters, I don't need to use as much of it. Unlike a lot of other similar products, the consistency of this leave-in conditioner isn't too thick or too thin (I think it's apt to use a Goldilocks reference here). I have long, thick, wavy hair and found I only needed to use a small amount (maybe 2 x the size of a ten-cent piece) to distribute the product through the mid-lengths to the ends of my hair. I used it when my hair was damp and once it was dried my hair felt great and tangle-free. And not clumpy or greasy at all! To my surprise, I also found that my hair felt much easier to manage on other days. Normally I have to wrestle my hairbrush through my hair but at the moment it glides through nice and easily. This is a fantastic product, I'm so pleased I gave it a chance. Also, you can't beat the price at less than $7! I can definitely say I've found it to be more effective than some of it's costlier competitors. I'd absolutely get this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Schwarzkopf Normal Balance- Leave In Treatment I have been using this now for a couple of weeks, whenever I have washed my hair I have towel dried it then put some of this treatment in my hair, I then comb it through to make sure I have got it all through my hair. When my hair dries it leaves it feeling silky and smooth.

It makes it so soft and it sits nicely. I just want to play with it all day. My curls are more defined because of it too. Will use it again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft and Shiny Hair Schwarzkopf Normal Balance Leave-in Treatment comes in a 100ml squeeze tube with a flip open lid.<br />The treatment is hair repair with liquid Keratin. Can be used for all hair types. I colour my hair regularly and it can dry out if I do not use hair treatments on occasion.<br />I apply the leave-in treatment after shampooing, to towel dried hair.<br />I squeeze the treatment solution into my hand, the amount the size of a 50 cent piece. It is thick, creamy and gel like. The aroma of the treatment is nice, it smells refreshing in my hair.<br />I start applying the treatment halfway down my hair length, massaging the treatment into hair fibres, then finger comb hair to release any tangles.<br />Final step for me is to use a wide tooth comb to lightly style and straighten, then I let my hair dry naturally.<br />My hair feels soft and smooth after use. It also has a nice shine, looks and feels healthy.<br />The treatment is good for my hair, nourishing and it absorbs into hair fibres well, no oil slick.<br />It is a good product, it gives dry and damaged hair a treat.<br />I received the leave-in hair treatment in my Beautorium haul.<br />Schwarzkopf Normal Balance Leave-in Treatment can be purchased from Supermarkets and is Made in New Zealand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't live without it I have very fine curly frizzy hair and this is my saviour. I use it daily to create smoothe, glossy curls. I don't use it if I flat iron though as it does weigh it down then but for air drying curls it is fantastic. Tames frizz, leaves hair feeling soft, adds shine and gives great combability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brought me back to leave-in treatments This punches well above its RRP:$6.29. I use it as one part of a three-part hair-care regime after I have washed my hair: Essano Hair Recovery Serum and John Frieda Beach Blonde Ocean Waves Sea Salt spray for texture before blow-drying. Especially on towel-dried hair, you really don't need all that much, but of course it depends on your hair-type and obviously your hair length. I have hair past my waist and I use it a bit more generously on the ends but also work some through the mid-section. (Not too much as I use the Essano serum as well) I have not had my hair-trimmed since I decided to grow it about 3 years ago and I have no spilt ends. Occasionally I even put a tiny bit on my dry hair, if I feel the ends getting a bit unruly and it doesn't grease up the tips. Before this I had actually not used a leave-in treatment for probably two decades. I sort of forgot they existed. I actually picked this up because of the reviews I read here on BH about it and picked it up at half-price to see what all the brouha was about. Well now I get it! It works wonderfully and it is not greasy nor is it heavy. It has a texture between a gel and a cream and has a lovely 'clean' scent to it rather than anything too perfumy or over-powering. I'll be keeping it in my arsenal :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a replenishing leave in conditioner. I use this product a lot, especially after I have been swimming a lot and my hair is damaged from the chlorine and/or salt. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny and makes it really easy to comb my hair and untangle all the knots. It has a pleasant smell, although it is a bit artificial, that was expected. I love how you don't have to wash it out, it's so much more convenient. I apply it mostly to the ends of my hair, and a little bit in the roots.

I not only use it after washing my hair but also on dry hair as well. It stops the frizzies & keeps my hair soft. I have used a lot of different products over the years but I keep coming back to this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A quality product This is great value for money anyway but I bought it for half price. This leave in conditioner comes in a 100ml plastic squeeze tube. The conditioner is white in colour and fairly thin in consistency and contains liquid Keratin . Apply to damp hair after washing from midlenghts to the ends and leave in and comb through. It has a very slight floral scent and absorbs easily into your hair. Leaves hair feeling soft, smooth, healthy and tangle free. Hair doesn't feel greasy or heavy after using this. A little goes a long way.

It feels silky and soaks into my curly coarse frizzy hair really well...although if it was more coarse in texture than what it is, im not sure if has enough hold to define curls or even conquer all the frizzies because it is not too thick but then again for my hair type it isnt too thin. I felt it was too heavy or greasy and Im liking how easy and managed feels today, although I would like a little more curl definition. I have to use quite a fair bit on my hair as a 10 cent piece size just wont work for my hair. I wish the product came in bigger sizes for economic reasons. Its still nice to have and use.

I received a tube of this as part of the Beauty Degustation that happened in June, and I've been using this steadily on my hair over the last couple of weeks, and I've really enjoyed it. This comes in a 100ml upside down flip top tube, and it's a white creamy lotion that is easy to rub into your hair. I've been using leave in treatments for my hair for a very long time, and have only switched over to oils in the last year, but still use cream treatments from time to time. This leave my hair feeling silky and soft, and I find that it doesn't weigh my hair down. Certainly something that I would repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes Life Easy & Detangles Really Well This is great I'm finding in both wet (just after shampooed) hair or dry hair too I use about a generous 10c coin size in my hair (I've long hair) and stroke it through from lengths to tips. I'm finding one of the big bonuses of this leave-in treatment is that it detangles my easily-tangled hair very, very well. It has a lovely fresh scent so it's a pleasure to run it through my hair after shampooing it. What I really love about this is that I don't need to condition my hair in the shower if I'm going to use this because this product conditions and detangles and I don't need to rinse it out It's the kind of product another brand used to make but they stopped making it - so this is my new substitute leave-in conditioner which does a perfectly good job of treating, conditioning and detangling my hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all and it definitely controls flyaway hair. Anyone who gets tangly hair easily like me would love this I think! The price is excellent too! It's a very handy product to have around when I want a break from the routine of shampooing and conditioning and all that rinsing in the shower! It's a beautiful treat to have after rinsing at the beach shower and putting a bit of this through my hair to keep it controllable! Too easy! Great product to throw into the beach bag!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly suprising I normally steer clear of cream leave-in treatments as I have fine hair easily weighed down. I didn't find this product heavy at all. I have really long hair and only used a pea-sized amount. It is a very thick, pearlescent cream. It has a light fragrance that disspiates quickly. I found it did make my hair more managable and smoothed flyaways. I haven't used a Schwarzkopf leave-in for years but I was pleasantly suprised by this one, they seem to have really improved from what I remember. This tube will last me for ages due to the small amount you need, but I will buy it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay I'm glad that it is really cheap otherwise I'd be disappointed in this buy. I applied it to clean towel dried hair and wasn't blown away. My hair was still left with frizz and it became quite boofy. I am going to persevere and continue to use this product (primarily because I'm quite a cheapie and don't want to just banish this product). I did notice my hair was better than if I didn't use any leave in conditioner so it isn't a complete write off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for a budget. I got this as a last resort when I left my hair oil at home and I was surprised by how nice it made my hair feel. At the end of the day my hair was slightly damaged, nothing was going to fix it, but this did a great job of masking the damage while my hair was growing out enough for me to cut the damage out. It also lasted a month and a half - so not only was it cheap, but it vale for money. The smell reminds me a bit of a sunscreen. Not offensive but not really delicious either. As my hair is in lovely condition now, I will not be purchasing this again, but it really does the job if you're looking for something to mask damaged hair for the dry and frizzy look and feel. I would not recommend using heat tools on your hair if you're going to use this.

My hair gets greasy very easily because it is so thin, and I found after using this product my hair was so heavy and dull and I found no real great results. It did make it slightly softer but other than that, there are way better products out there to try.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for Curly thick hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really like this .. I use creams for styling my hair but also treating it at the same time! But I don't think this product is curly hair friendly. I didn't notice a change in my hair, but that's only because this cream only lasted me two washes haha. I have thick curly hair that's so dry and Frizzy, and I need a lot of hair treatment for a long period for something to work, so this wasn't really ideal for me and my hair. I don't think I would know if it works for other hairstyles, just because every tube doesn't last so long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Give this one a skip Funnily enough, my hair appears slightly more dry and crusty after I apply this on and let it dry. How ironic is that? The soft, light texture may fool you into thinking it'll work...but it doesn't. No added shine or suppleness. My hair looked relatively the same on some days, if not worse on others. Give this a skip.
