Rated 5 out of 5 by Koms from Good for dry skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this products as part of the Bounty Baby Marketplace and was really happy to trial this brand on my son as it it well known. In terms of packaging, we love that it is sold in a pump bottle which makes it so easy to dispense as bath times as quite messy for bub. I have also dropped the bottle a few times accidently when wrangling bub and it has so far withstood the trauma. I like the fact that it has a locking function that makes it safe for travel without having to tape it down. In terms of the functionality, I loved using this product on my son as he has dry skin but has had no flares with it especially now that we are overseas in a humid country where bath are now daily (previously every 2 days in the winter). It truly does not cause tears in bubs eyes even though when lathering causes soap bubbles. Plus bub smells so good after! Good back up brand and easily available in local Coles/Woolies.

Both of my kids suffered from dry skin from one month old. This gentle wash and shampoo hasn't irritated their skin at all and has been effective washing their hair too. This wash has a subtle scent and pairs well with the moisturiser. I found that this wash hydrated my baby's skin and left it feeling soft and clean. I would recommend this product to my friends and others who have babies and young children. The bottle is a great size and the pump is very handy also.

I used it during bath time for my newborns and my toddler who has dry, sensitive and none had any reaction. Their skin felt smooth and their hair nice and soft after using it and it wasn’t too overly scented like some other brands. I have used Cetafil products in the past and have always found them to be a reliable brand for my children and myself. This gentle wash can be used from birth which makes it a good option for new parents.

She suffers from irritated/dry/sensitive skin however since using Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo there has been no flare ups at all. I was hesitant to use at first but I am truly shocked how good it has worked. There has also been no tears when getting it in her eyes and the scent is great. Ive also noticed that we no longer need to moisturise her skin as it leaves it hydrated. I would recommend Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo to any parent

Rated 5 out of 5 by My-Vi from great for everyday use We use this everyday for our kids who are 1 and 3. we used to use johnson and johnson but feel there is alot of chemicals in that, this just felt more natural for their skin. it has a light scent so still smells nice and fresh for the bath and we have never had any irritation of the skin or when we are shampooing their hair (no tears or stinging eyes!). you don't need to use lots of it either, just a small pump is enough. it is gentle for their delicate skin too. would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a good quality product

I think it’s very delicate for babies skin and the ingredients list is minimal with lots of goodies in there They’ve really thought about all the goodies for the kids I love how clean it makes the hair feel nice and so very soft!! Great having a 2 in 1 product, talk about space saving! The packaging is great with an easy pump bottle, would be great if you could get bulk sizes or refill packet. I would definitely buy bulk!! I found this wash wasn’t drying at all for bubs skin and I will keep using it. It’s easy to find in groceries stores and chemists

I used it on my 3 month old for bath time. It felt very gentle and moisturizing on her newborn skin. The packaging was easy to use and the push top felt like it was very good quality. The product did not lather too much which is exactly what I would expect from a product that I use on my newborn. There was no invasive smell and my baby felt clean after using it. I would definitely a recommend it to others to use on their babies. The bottle was big enough but not cumbersome. I believe this product will last me a while. I had heard of this product before, but hadnt used it before - I am glad Iv tried it.

The children found it far caused less irritation to their eyes and significantly reduced tears throughout the hair washing process. Our children have very fine hair that dries in ringlets and the Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo did a great job cleaning them. I would consider purchasing the Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo in the future. I received this product free in exchange for an honest review

Inside, it is still the same product, the same baby wash where the baby wash is gentle and it smells really lovely and nothing too strong and harsh. I would describe the scent as a baby scent. It comes in a pump form which is really handy during bathtime where I can use one hand to get the wash out and wash my little one. The baby wash does a good job at cleaning my little one and the ingredients are gentle as my youngest has eczema and he is fine using this product so that’s a tick.

After many attempts at getting other products that constantly gave my baby a rash I decided to try cetaphil. So far I’ve been using for about 6 weeks and we’ve no issues at all! The whole range is actually really good! I know a few mums who use this brand and say the same thing! This has definitely eased some of my worry of being a first time mum now that I’ve found a product that reacts well with my baby’s skin

The scent is pleasant and not too strong, which I appreciate. I have noticed that his skin tends to be quite dry after bath-time when using this product, however that might just be because his skin is generally quite dry, so it is essential for us to follow up with a good moisturising lotion. I trust Cetaphil products as I have been using them on my own skin for years, so it was a no-brainer to purchase the 'baby' line for use on my newborn.

It doesn't dry out skin and doesn't have a strong scent while cleaning or afterwards. It's a really nice and gentle but effective baby wash and I haven't had any issues when I've washed my baby with it. Her hair is lovely and soft, I can use it on her face and she hasn't had any get in her eyes or her mouth (and if it has it hasn't bothered her, another positive). Would purchase again when I run out.

After using Cetaphil's baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo, I still stand by this. The pump design provides minimal fuss during usage and the clear labelling on the front is very helpful (especially if you have multiple products). My daughter enjoys the texture and scent of the Cetaphil baby gentle wash & shampoo, and her skin isn't irritated by it. She doesn't have ezcema but she does have sensitive skin. Overall, very happy with the product and would recommend.

My baby had dry skin and since we tried this product, it has significantly improved. It also helped to clear my baby's cradle cap. We love that it is both a body wash and shampoo in one, so that we do not have to use two different products. It smells great and does not irritate my baby's eyes or skin. The packaging it also simple and effective and pump is easy to use. We love this product and we would highly recommend it.

It is great that it can be used on both hair and body and the product lasts a long while as a little is enough to lather up and use for one. My baby also like me has sensitive skin and I was very nervous about finding a product that will be gentle on his sensitive skin. This wash and shampoo has suited his skin well without any irritation and I also love the way it smells. A great scent is always a pleasure when bathing. The wash also doesn’t sting his eyes when using as a shampoo and is good for his extremely fine hair. The quality is fantastic and I would highly recommend for all babies regardless of whether they have sensitive skin or not.

It lathers really well as a shampoo so you only need to use a very small amount. My toddler hates washing his hair because he gets the shampoo in his eyes but this didn't seem to irritate him be at all even when it was running down his face. The shampoo and body wash smells really great too, light and subtle and leaves baby's hair feeling clean, soft and not stripped. We really enjoy the pump bottle as it dispenses the perfect amount for little ones and they can be involved in the process which makes them more inclined to try new things.

The pump action makes it quick and easy to use while getting bubs reqdy for their bath. The smell is not too over powering. You only require a small as it foams up quite alot so a little goes along way, making it great value for money as the bottle last a while. This wash is great on my little ones skin and hair and cleared up bub cradle cap. After their bath bubs skin feels very soft and smooth while not causing and reaction to bubs sensitive skin. I have also use this and find it great for dry skin.

As soon as I turned the tap water on I could instantly smell how amazing this wash smelt! It also foamed up with proper bath bubbles which I also love. It was soft on my 4 month olds skin and I think it’s great that I can also use it on my toddler too. My baby’s hair feels Nice and soft after washing it with this wash. The gentle hypoallergenic formula of this ensures both babies hair and body are soft moisituresed after a wash as well as being gentle on skin. I love the scent of this- not too overpowering whilst still leaving bub smelling nice. It would be nice if it was a bit easier to use the pump though- like it still works okay but it doesn't pump as well as other products Ive used in the past.

The bottle is a decent size making it good value for money. It’s great that you can wash hair and body with this product and it is dermatologist tested. The product is paraben and soap free and 0% animal origin. Overall it is a good option and one I would recommend to new mums trying to find something that does not irritate skin
