Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

Initially I was concerned with the charcoal colour however the toothpaste is white when brushing teeth. The toothpaste feels like a gel, with a nice minty flavour, and only a small Amount is required. It definitely made my teeth and gums feel clean, and my teeth less sensitive. I feel there has been an improvement with my teeth with less staining. This toothpaste exceed my expectations, and I will be now be using this toothpaste.

Well it has gone on my favourites list as my entire mouth seems to have benefited from its use. My teeth feel cleaner and fresher. Was a bit concerned about the charcoal factor but all I can say is it adds to the feel of my mouth. Great product Colgate!
