Directions

1) Add the colouring cream to the developer and shake well to mix.

2) Apply the mix to your hair, starting from the roots then throughout the lengths and ends. Leave in hair for 30 mins.

3) Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo to remove any excess residue.

4) Apply a halzenut amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask. Leave in for 3 mins then rinse your hair. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny, lively hair.

I would like to suggest that, this product needs to add extra tap to seal, cause sometimes losses the conditioner or others inside, the conditioner is the best part of this product. I need to mention about the gloves, they are getting too small for normal fingers. I like to see the improvement.

Gone are the days where I can afford to go to the salon every two months so I spread out my salon visita and handover my interim hair colour treatments to L'Oreal Excellence. It's incredible the results you can get at a fraction of the salon price and a 'hair pick me up' always feels great. My husband sometimes asks if I've been to the salon - how good is that? I need a dye that doesn't strip the hair too much as I'm always working against the grain to combat dry hair - this does a pretty good job, leaving my hair soft and manageable.

Tone is uneven and not one colour where grey regrowth starts. I'd prefer a darker colour for more even coverage.

Once washed the roots took the colour really well but the rest of the hair only changed colour slightly and my golden hair could still be seen. The shampoo and leave in conditioner smelt great and left my hair feeling so soft and light. Great for grey hair coverage but not for an overall colour.

The two areas where the spray was used remained silver gray! I even left the color in for the extra 10 minutes recommended for resistant gray! A note needs to be made that hair should be free of this temporary spray color.

Part of what made it worthwhile paying the premium price was that you got decent quality gloves that fit my hands easily and dont tear. These new ones are TINY, i couldnt even get them on either hand and im just an average Australian woman. And please get rid of the shampoo, i have plenty of that in my shower already. Bring back the serum instead

The product now has a strong amonia/bleach smell - not noticed previously The colour does not last as long as it used to. One of the best things about this product was that it took less time for the water to run clear than all others, and that is still the case. I will have to go back to trying other brands now, to find one that lasts and doesn't have that strong smell. I have previously recommended this product to many friends but not any more. Please advertise when you go back to the old recipe so I can come back.

I tore one and was more careful with the second, but had to cope with it only half on which caused dramas as the colour was applied. Please quality control the gloves with real women and I dont have large hands.

Oh, and it become more expensive as well.

When I went to buy, was informed it was no longer available and was recommended Exellence pearl blonde!! I am just so disappointed with results!! Coverage was very poor and my hair felt so much drier, I had to use Argan oil !! Will you be bringing Age Perfect back , if not,,I will have to change brands, which I am reluctant to do, as I have never found as good as product as Age Perfect to suit my hair, I am of “mature age” and don’t like changes!!!! Unfortunately thinking it was going to be good, I had bought many. I just really wanted to finish using them... which dyeing my more often helped me do so. Not a good dye and I won't be buying it ever again
