Great idea to have a patch as opposed to the traditional spot treatment creams and gels. It is a mess-free alternative and is more effective whilst being less harsh on your skin. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pimple patched [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the pimple patches many times now and have found that they consistently reduce the swelling and the white head disappears after 8 hours of use. The area is usually still red and you can tell there is skin irritation in terms something is there (not irritation from the patch) but it is significantly reduced. I used these during the day too - only days I was at home, but they are so discreet, I doubt most people wouldn't notice you wearing them if you went out in public wearing one. I don't think I would use them on every pimple, but certainly on large angry pimples or prior to a special event.

The patches blend well with the skin so I often wear them out and about too. Adheres well to the skin and comes in a good range of sizes.

The patch, which is not too bulky or thick and easy to wear while in bed, kept it clean and moist while wearing through the night and in the morning had drawn all the gunk to the surface which made it easier to remove. It also worked well at removing redness and swelling. You also get a few in the pack so makes it good value for money.

Meanwhile at night they were problamatic. They annoyed me and ended up falling off at night. It just depeneds on the person and if they can bear the feeling os something on thier face. I am not one of them. But they did still work great during the day.

The patch fell off however sometime during the night, so unsure how long it actually lasted on there. Second time I just did it for a few hours in the evening, but I haven't had too many breakouts to keep using it. I think this product would be better for someone who is having constant breakouts.

I do like that this product is used overnight so it's quick and easy that I don't need to worry about. The clear sticker is pleasant too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Satisfying but not an acne cure They’re really satisfying to take off and see all the gunk absorbed into the patch, but they’re not as effective as other hydrocolloid patches that I’ve tried. Also these only really work on raised “white head” pimples - not those painful under the skin ones. Definitely need to be used in conjunction with a good skin care routine. Biggest benefit from these is that it stops you touching your pimples!

But it is good if you want something to cover your pimple and keep it away from bacteria or from you picking at it which would lead to further infection.
