Rated 5 out of 5 by christinac from Mild facial cleanser Cetaphil Daily Foaming Cleanser is a nice gentle cleanser that cleans the skin well and removes any dirt or make-up from the skin. Its lightweight to use. Its easy to dispense from the bottle as its a pump bottle. Its fragrance free. It contains skin conditioners so it doesn't dry out the skin. Its dermatologically tested. Apply then gently rub into the skin to foam then rinse. I like this product. Its good to use morning and night-time as part of the skin care routine. I think this product is good for all skin types including sensitive skin. It comes in a bottle size of 236ml. You could use this in the shower as well as the basin. The lather on the skin feels rich. I recommend this product to everyone. My skin looked better after using this product. I noticed my skin was soft and not as dry.

It comes in a 236 ml bottle that has a pump for the foam to be dispensed along with a cap to cover the nozzle. The pump is easy to use and the nozzle is broad enough to dispense the foam. I have been using it once a day mostly in the evening to cleanse my face at the end of the day. it has been very effective in removing eye and face make us in a maximum of 2-3 pumps of the foam. It left my face feeling soft and clean . It did not leave my skin feeling dry or tight. It was just right for my skin. The foam was white with no fragrance so great for those who prefer fragrance free products. Even in the mornings after using this each evening I felt my skin was smooth and soft. Great new product would recommend it.

Every single bottle I’ve purchased, the pump malfunctions and as you can’t remove it altogether, I end up wasting a quarter of a bottle of product! I know it’s inexpensive but it’s frustrating and wasteful.

It left my skin feeling clean and without residue. I have had zero negative skin reactions to this product. However the pump dispensing mechanism is Pitiful!! Right off the bat I realized the position of the spout is pointed up at a very poor angle. Then very soon the worst aspect of the pump - It sticks! Every single time!! I have to use 2 hands to hold bottle and pull pump back up all while my face is covered in dripping water and "half the amount of cleanser I need to use"!! Somebody really dropped the ball in your design department! I see many many fans of your product but just as many who Hate the Pump! Do something about it ASAP! Please!!!!!!

It’s easy to use, just pump out enough product, it foams and cleanses quickly and easily and it removes all my makeup at the end of the day along with excess grime dirt and oil. What I love is that it’s gentle, not drying so when skin is cleansed it doesn’t feel tight and dry. It’s quite hydrating and soft and gentle. For anyone with sensitive skin it won’t irritate so that’s a bonus. This is a really effective cleanser that won’t break the bank, The price is great and it lasts for ages so this is a winner for me

The pump is easy to use and administers the product in a light airy lather. I found 2/3 pumps would be more than enough. The profuct does not have any distinct smell. I found it to smell ‘clean’. It lathers well into the skin, leaving the skin still feeling soft and smooth. Non drying and gentle on the skin. It is easy to rinse/ remove and leaves the skin clean. After prolonged use, my pores were less noticeable, and my skin did not have and reaction. I would recommend anyone that has sensitive skin and would like to incorporate a daily face wash into their regime to try this product. The price point is affordable and you know you are investing you money into a product that you will see results with

I have quite dry and sensitive skin, so I tend to steer away from foaming cleansers as I find them to often be too dehydrating for me. With the Cetaphil Foaming Cleanser, I have to say my views on foaming cleansers has been changed, This product lathers beautifully in your hands, and works well with a silicon facial cleanser like the LumiSkin or similar. I found the product to be super pleasant to use - feels great to apply and effeively removes dirt and make up. I really liked the handy pump packaging too, which made it easy to trave with this product and also to displense the right anount every time, All in all I think this is a great product and I would highly recommend it to those who, like me, prefer to spend a little less on cleansers to be able to spend a little more on other things.

I used it in the morning and at night to compare the difference. I loved using it in the morning as it cleansed my skin without is stripping my skin of its natural oils. My skin felt nice and clean after using it without leaving it tight and dry. It foamed up nicely and I could apply it straight on my skin without too much effort. After a full day of makeup on I tried this on its own and it did not remove much of my makeup. However, when I did a double cleanse without the exfoliating cleanser it removed my makeup. I love the pump dispenser and it dispensed the correct dose to use. Overall I would use it again as it did not irritate my skin and my eyes and it did not dry out my skin.

It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. It is fragrance free and non drying due to its vitamin complex like vitamin E and B5. This cleanser is also great at removing makeup so you can use it in the evening to remove makeup with the light and gentle foam formula. It also contains Glycerin which is a good skin conditioner and citric acid that adds freshness and glow. Ideally wash your face with Cetaphil gentle cleanser in the morning and apply Cetaphil daily hydrating lotion and for a night time, use this cleanser to remove makeup, followed by Cetaphil gentle exfoliating cleanser and apply Cetaphil night cream and eye cream. Thais routine will ensure clean face followed by power packing hydration.

It is branded in the same look as other Cetaphil products and in a bottle that stands up easily. It has a pump which is easy to use but does take a number of pumps to get out enough for one use. That being said, this must be a tiny amount from within the bottle as it still feels very full after using it a few weeks. It also has a clear lid to put over the top which is great if you need to transport it. The consistency of the product was as I would expect for a foam cleanser; very airy and light. It was easy to massage over my face and rinsed off with ease. I used this product every night on my face and it removed the grim of the day well including makeup. I had no irritation from using the product and it didn’t leave my skin tight or dry like some products can. I didn’t notice any real changes in my skin while using this but I do already have quite clear skin so I didn’t expect to see too much. I liked using this product. As I trialled it before it is released in Australia I am not sure of the price point which is an important factor for me to rate if I would purchase this so it is hard to say but I would definitely consider it if the price is right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Peach perfect from The most gentle cleanser I have ever used Packed in a user friendly pump design bottle, this cleanser looks so fresh and simple. Love that it really has no fragrance. When you press the pump, almost cloud like fluffy foam comes out that actually feels sort of creamy when applied. It is also very easy to wash it off and didn't sting my eyes even when I accidentally got some in while rinsing. My skin is oily and on a hot day it collects extra dirt - so although this worked fine on most days - on those extra oily days I felt like it wasn't doing anything at all. Basically it's too gentle to do a deep pore cleansing kind of job. This means, if you like to use a really oily cleanser to remove make up, this wouldn't be an ideal follow up cleanser for that. But for those with dry & sensitive skin, this is exactly what you need - you can use it even multiple times a day without worrying about skin getting stripped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Yohanna from Cetaphil Daily Foaming Cleanser Cetaphil Daily Foaming Cleanser is a very simple formula: soothing ingredients like betaine, panthenol, VitE sans harsh surfectants. It comes in self foaming bottle. Comes out as a shaving cream in a thick white foam. No scent in this cleanser. And yes, you can use it as a shaving foam too. When using spf50, mascara and long lasting lippy I have to use cleansing balm/oil/micellar first to take those off, then finish off with this cleanser to remove all residue without overcleansing and stripping my skin. Result is smooth and soft skin. No tight feeling afterwards. Do not recommend to use this as a makeup remover or heavy Zn based SPF remover. Use your traditional micellar, oil or balm cleansers to melt them off, then use this foaming cleanser at the end. Feel that it is not enough as it is too gentle. I press couple of pumps into my palm and work the foam into my hands to more creamy consistency to "thicken/emulsify" the formula and then buff onto my face. Just because foam is so light and fluffy than I feel it works better when worked into the hands first. I tried just applying the foam directly and it just goes over the skin not doing much. My skin: very oily t zone, huge pores prone to clogging, prone to dehydration. Ingredients: Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coco-Glucoside, Betaine, Glycerin, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Sodium Benzoate, Polysorbate 20, Polyquaternium-10, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid

Rated 4 out of 5 by rosetea from Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser As soon as I opened the bag of goodies from Beauty Heaven I could smell what I call a medicinal smell that I didn’t particularly like, however, the aim was to try products formulated for sensitive skin. I would certainly qualify in that regard as I have rosacea and one Dermatologist I’d visited, had Cetaphil Products on the shelves in his office. Although the facial Cleanser, made in Canada, is labelled Fragrance free I would hasten to say that it has a slight medicinal smell. I liked the look and pump action of the 236ml bottle. The whitish foam gave a nice lather with lots of airy bubbles and seemed very gentle on my skin. We were directed to use it on the neck as well as the face. It is certainly easy and convenient to use and, as it is conditioned with Vitamin E and also has B5 (Pantothenic Acid) as a softening and smoothing agent, it became apparent to me that you could safely use this cleanser every day, keeping the skin healthy.

Firstly, I do not like the bottle much at all, I find the shape a tad hard to hold and dispense from when using one hand because my hands are not very big and I can’t easily hold it due to the way it tapers out and the thickness. You also just can’t just leave it on the shower caddy & dispense onto your fingertips easily because the pump comes directly out it is not slightly curved like other washes so I found I need to hold with one hand and dispense product with the other. As for the foam itself it is very light and airy. It cleans off any dirt/oil and residue from your face and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. As for removing makeup I didn’t find it the best especially eye make-up I still have some residue left from mascara. Overall the wash is gentle, cleanses well and leave skin feel soft and moisturised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by philippa495 from Ok for sensitive skin I have been trialling the Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser daily in the evening after first removing my makeup with my usual cleansing oil. I have to say I've found the product to be a bit lightweight compared to my usual cleanser and not very effective at removing the oil residue of my skin. The foam is very airy and light rather than a creamy texture which I prefer, and it dispersed very quickly so I feel I have to use 2 lots of the cleanser to feel like my skin feels properly clean. It does feel very softening as it contains vitalamin E and B5 and does not feel at all drying so definitely a plus point if you have very dry or sensitive skin which the product is targeted at. Overall while it is ok I wouldn't repurchase as I prefer products which feel heavier and also have anti ageing benefits.

However pump does not always work so have resorted to taking out the pump and tipping it into my hands but this results in a lot of spills and waste. So, I thought this might of being a one off issue so I bought another but no same again happened. Won’t be buying this product again until they improve packaging.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kel S from Worse bottle pump and its quality The actual cleaner is good but the Bottle Pump is really bad.It has no quality at all and very bad experience.If I buy Palmolive $3 hand was from Woolworth, it has much better pump on its bottle and it is just $3 and more often you can buy this product half price.I spent nearly $13 on your Cetaphil product but the bottle quality is way worse then $3 product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by My.Nongy from Not impressed The Cetaphil foaming cleanser comes in a foaming pump pack and is part of their five step program. This cleanser doesn’t have any real fragrance and does feel gentle when using. This cleanser is a very poor and inefficient in removing makeup and my tinted moisturiser shouldn’t be that hard to remove in comparison to a long wearing foundation. This cleanser leaves an uncomfortable residue on my skin and regardless of if I’ve been wearing makeup or not I feel that I need to follow with my regular cleanser. I don’t suffer from many blemishes but my skin has broken out since using this range and I’m very unhappy with how my skin looks. This range is probably more suited to clear teenage skin rather than 30 something ageing skin that needs more hydration and anti wrinkle properties. I won’t be purchasing this product or any other in the range.
