Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes with water. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. If skin irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use. Use with a sunscreen product and limit sun exposure. Some may experience dryness, skin flaking, mild redness and/or tingling which are normal, temporary and indicative of product effectiveness. If discomfort continues, reduce use to once every other day before reverting to daily use or discontinue the use. For sensitive skin, limit to 2X per week and slowly increase to daily usage

Directions

Limit initial use to once in every 3 nights, gradually increase frequency to every day and night if tolerated. Smooth evenly over cleansed face and neck. Avoid layering multiple retinol products on top of each other. Use with a UV product in the daytime.

I haven't been using it long enough to tell if it's making a huge difference appearance-wise (hence 4/5), but so far my skin does feel smoother and looks brighter. The cream feels really nice and is much less sticky feeling than my previous night cream. I don't feel like I'm wearing it, which is a good thing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great on dark circles [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Eye Cream is a little pot of magic! At first I wasn’t sure how I’d go using it as the morning after application the corner of one eye looked red & irritated but that was the only time that happened & even with nightly use the skin around my eyes have been fine if not improved! I have naturally deep set eyes & suffer dark circles but this cream improves the look of the circles really well! I noticed the fine lines around my eyes look improved with use of this cream but I would recommend using a sunscreen religiously when using any retinol containing products. The only thing I didn’t like about this product is the packaging. It’s so bulky & wasteful with layers of thick plastic & then a thick layer of silver cardboard. The pot itself is small so I’m sure it’s could be improved upon dramatically by Olay. So glad I’ve been able to use this product as I generally have found good eye creams for lessening dark circles quite hard to find (that actually work or are effective!).

I haven’t seen a huge difference in combating wrinkles and fine lines but I believe it’s helped with brightness and dark spots. I’m using less concealer when I apply makeup and I feel as though my eye area is a lot more hydrated throughout the day.

I’ve noticed an improvement in my under eye skin; it’s no longer dry, minimised my dark circles and fine lines seem to be improving slowly. I also usually find eye creams irritate my eyes but this cream works perfectly and there’s zero irritation. I’d definitely repurchase.

I'm more of a one moisturiser-does-all kinda girl - a serum perhaps if you're lucky. But I gave Olay Retinol 24 Night Eye Cream a try and I quite liked it - I think I could definitely see results. Less puffy eyes, firmness without tightness, reduction in the appearance of those laughter lines (though really what have we go to laugh about here in Melbourne lockdown). Seems I may be convinced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has used retinol daily for years I was REALLY excited to use this retinol eye cream. Desperate to keep the wrinkles away. I found the first 3 days using consecutively at night I had fabulous results. The skin in my eye area looked rested, softened and brighter, unfortunately though after a few days I started to experience the dreaded retinol effects. I had to cut back application of the eye cream to twice a week only as it caused extreme sensitivity, stinging and a feeling like the skin around my eyes was severely sunburnt which is pretty normal with a retinol, though I’m interested to know the exact strength of this one as it’s not mentioned. I had to use a soothing cream twice a day for well over a week to fix this. I was surprised by this result as I have been using retinol for years nightly. I think this eye cream will absolutely produce effective results with its inclusion of retinol but you definitely need to slowly introduce the cream to your routine (unless of course your skin isn’t delicate like mine). I will be continuing to use this eye cream as I’m retinol obsessed and love the idea of preventing wrinkles around my eye area.

It is easy to spread and my skin feel soft and soothing after using it. Love that this moisturiser it's fragrance free. The packaging it's simple and sleek in purple color. However I do not like the jar bottle. Much prefer a pump bottle for hygienic purpose. I've read some retinol will be too strong for certain skin especially on sensitive skin but I've found this moisturizer to be very gentle on my skin. After weeks of using it I've also found my skin to be brighter and my fine lines it's much softer too. Overall very happy with this product. A minus one star from the rating just because I prefer a pump bottle

This formula is hydrating and well absorbed product. This formula helped brighten my under eyes. I noticed a subtle change in the appearance of my under eye wrinkles - this product helps plump the skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. My only concern was the cost of the product for the size - 15mls is not quite generous enough compared to other eye creams on the market.

I have tried a lot of different eye creams in the past and stopped using them for a while as I didn’t see a major difference however this one by L’Oréal is nice and light and a little really does go a long way. Not sticky like some eye creams or serums can be and made my eye area feel soft and moisturised without feeling heavy.

I have used retinol products before so was super excited to try an eye cream with retinol . I first used it at night and woke up with my eyes being slightly irritated. So the following night I used it further away from my eyes and the next day did not have any irritation. The cream is beautiful and luxurious and I can honestly say a little goes a long way so I think as a price point great value for money !!!. I also loved that when I put my makeup on and concealer around my eyes it seemed so much smoother also worked like a primer. I’m not sure if my fine lines have diminished but my dark circles certainly seem to have disappeared . I think it’s definitely fit a more mature skin and someone in need of a little extra in their skin routine. I will definitely be purchasing again !

I found it easy to use with a soft luxurious feel. On waking in the morning my skin looked and felt beautiful and hydrated. I can’t as yet comment if I noticed a reduction of wrinkles and fine lines as I don’t have many to begin with and haven’t used it for more than a week or so (postage delays) but I’ll definitely continue using as I love the way it makes my skin feel.
