Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes with water. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. If skin irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use. Directions

Limit initial use to once in every 3 nights, gradually increase frequency to every day and night if tolerated. Smooth evenly over cleansed face and neck. Avoid layering multiple retinol products on top of each other. Use with a UV product in the daytime.

I don't love heavy creams and when I opened the product I was concerned but I was pleasantly surprised! The moisturiser absorbed easily into my skin and left it feeling silky smooth. I have combination skin - the night cream didn't make me feel oil or dry. The Niacinamide and retinol have helped my skins texture improve and skin feels more even. I haven't noticed a change in fine lines yet but I will continue to use the product until it's all gone

I like that it is fragrance free as I prefer my skincare to be neutral. I have a sensitive skin that can be temperamental depending on what I put on but no issues with Regenerist. The formula was easily absorbed by my skin leaving it moisturised but not sticky, which is what I’m after. I can’t say that it impacted my fine lines and wrinkles but I feel like it’s a good night ritual to implement alongside the night eye cream.

The cream comes in a very generous tub, easy to use and simple packaging. I would've preferred if it was made of glass to be honest. I highly recommend this product for mature women as it would suit their needs and concerns.

It was a lovely consistency and dried well. I found that the fine lines under my eyes vastly improved after continued use. It did not completely remove the darker shades under my eyes, but that may not be the fault of the product but rather the fact I am a shift worker. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve the appearance of fine lines, I will certainly be keeping it as part of my routine. Although the container is only small I did not use it every night so I feel it still represents good value for money.

Though I did persist and used it again after a break, and now I can honestly say that I do really enjoy using this cream. My skin is responding well the more I use it, I'd say it just took some time to see the results. It has made my skin feel more smooth and look more youthful.

I generally find that most eye creams can feel sticky but the quick absorption of this eye cream eliminated this problem. I noticed a slight reduction in dark circles under my eyes but did notice a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Based on the price and results, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This moisturiser was no different and provided a nice thick coverage. It left my skin feeling soft and well hydrated however, I did not notice a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I did notice a slight improvement in radiance. I do think the price is slightly on the higher side but would still recommend this product to a friend.

Sadly, not long after that I had a bad reaction and the cream irritated my eye area. I had to discontinue using it but it seemed so promising I'm thinking about working it in on a once weekly or so basis to try and get some benefits. I do have fairly sensitive skin around the eye area, so if you also have this problem, this may be one to avoid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great for me but beautiful to apply [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Moisturiser Cream (and the Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Eye Cream) as part of the BH trial. I was so excited to be chosen, as had read amazing reviews about the Retinol Night Moisturiser. I used it every second night as suggested to avoid irritation. The pot is classy, and the cream felt beautiful. Applying it was just lovely; it was so velvety and easy to spread over my face - it sunk in quite quickly, and left no sticky feeling when I went to bed. After the second application, I noticed dry patches starting on my face, so I persevered every second night, hoping to get used to the cream. After each subsequent application, I got more dry patches, and then my skin started stinging. I wear SPF 50 during the day anyway, and that is advised, as retinol can make skin sensitive to the sun. I don’t usually have any skin sensitivities - I can use any product - but the dry patches and the stinging I experienced while using it for over 3 weeks, and the fact I saw no improvement in my lines or skin texture, means I wouldn’t use it again. I stopped once the trial period was finished. I did really enjoy applying it though, and am really pleased I was chosen to trial it, and I know for many people it works extremely well.

I was really excited, and keen to see if it would help my under eye circles. I used it every second night, along with the Retinol 24 Night Moisturiser Cream. as suggested to avoid irritation. The little pot is classy, and very generous with the amount that is in it, and the cream felt beautiful. Applying it was really nice and really easy – it was so velvety, and had the perfect consistency to allow me to pat it around the eye but to then sink in quickly, leaving no sticky feeling. I also loved that it never stung my eyes, as sometimes eye creams do if a tiny bit seeps in. After the fourth application, I noticed dry patches where I have never had them before – under my eyes where the circles are! I persevered every second night, hoping to get used to the cream. (NB. The Night Moisturiser did the same to my face, but after just 2 applications). After each subsequent application, these dry patches got worse – and could be seen clearly once I applied concealer and powder under my eyes. Luckily I am WFH due to COVID-19, and I’m sure it couldn’t have been spotted on my daily work video conference calls! The dryness spread to my eyelids and then in my eyebrows, which was a bit gross. I don’t usually have any skin sensitivities - I can use any product - but the dry patches I experienced while using it for over 3 weeks, and the fact I saw no improvement in my under eye shadows or in my little lines at the outside of my eyes in texture, means I wouldn’t use it again. I stopped once the trial period was finished. I did really enjoy applying it though, and I so wished it had worked, or at least not irritated my skin around my eyes. It was a really nice product to apply.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked well, just not on its own [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Moisturiser Cream unfortunately missed the mark a bit for me, as a one stop product. I used this as directed and it just did not want to sink into my skin and the product rolled / bunched up and flaked off. The cream felt nice going on and had a velvety feel almost like a silicone primer however it sat on top of my skin so did little to hydrate it. That being said, I did experiment a little with this product and if applied over a serum, it actually worked nicely and I didn’t come off. For me it did not work as designed (to be used on it’s own) but it might be a good option for people who have a multi step skincare routine as it paired beautifully with the serum. This product did not irritate my dry, sensitive skin at all and doesn’t have much of a fragrance in my opinion. I will continue to use in conjunction with a serum and I may even repurchase.

Only a tiny amount it required as it is quite a creamy texture, however as nice as it feels after applying, I haven’t noticed a lot of difference around my eye area in the mornings after using this product. The product is very gentle and does not irritate my dry and sensitive skin at all and it doesn’t seem to have much fragrance either. For the price point, this is not a bad eye cream.

Ensuring the product was kept clear away from my eyes helped but I did find my skin stung a bit when applied . I gave it to my mother to try as she also has sensitive skin but she found the pain on application too intense and had to wash the product off. My father, on the other hand, loved the product and his skin looks the best it ever has!

I like my eye cream to be hydrating but not to heavy as it can leave an oily residue. The star ingredient in this product is retinol but it's last on the ingredient list which is rather unfortunate. I would've liked to have seen it much higher. I used it every night before bed and would gently dab the cream on my skin with my ring finger. It did help to moisturise my skin and get rid of any dryness that I had but I did not notice any difference in brightness or smoothing of lines around my eyes.

It's great for increasing cell turnover and creating smooth and even skin. When I looked at the ingredient list I was really disappointed to see that the active ingredients were so low on the list. Niacinamide was towards the bottom and retinol, the star ingredient was second to last. I would think that a retinol based product would be much higher on the ingredient list. Nevertheless, I've been using the product for awhile now and found the benefits to be quite minimal. It is a hydrating cream and it does leave my skin feeling plump and moisturised. However, I failed to see any benefits with reducing fine lines and giving my skin an even tone. It fell more along the lines of a basic moisturiser.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from the product is great, the packaging not so great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the full complement of products in this range (eye cream, serum and night cream) and must say I have been blown away by the performance! However this eye cream has some issues and therefore I can't give it the full 5 stars. I removed one star for the ridiculous and wasteful overpackaging. The second star I removed because I dislike eye products in a jar, it's unhygienic and causes product to go off and lose efficacy. I wish Olay would put it in a tube (like some of their eye creams already come in). The product itself has a bouncy creme texture and absorbs easily. It doesn't leave any residue or migrate into the eyes. It does seem to work very well, my under and upper lids under the brow seem to have brightened and feel smoother. I am unsure whether this is due to the eye cream alone, or the serum. When this jar fiishes I won't purchase again because I prefer my eye creeams to be in more hygienic and practical packaging.
